Call many times a day.  No one there.  We don't have CallerID...did *69 to get number.

This number is for Citi Card - there's no one there because it is a computer dialing your number and once you pick up it alerts the CSR that you are on the phone and then they pick up.

this number is now being used by cha cha a mobile search engine. they are calling to inform you about your bill. it is prolly 300

this number keeps calling me non-stop!

I've even told them when I could make a payment. Have been out of work for three months due to surgery with malpractice. Behind one payment -- told them when I could send some money and they still start calling before 9 am and call 10+ times a day even after I wrote customer service again. They don't care and had even said that I have been a "good" customer and now they harrass the hell out of me -- morning, noon, and night till 9 pm. 12 hours daily on an hourly basis.

Got called by the number 5 times before 1130a Sat. morning.  I do have a Citi card that I am a week late on so I figure that's who it is.  The calls are a bit excessive though in my mind.

I keep getting calls from the same phone number.  I finally called them back and asked them regarding phone calls I've been getting from them. No message, just calling.  They said they were looking for someone with the last name Chang.  My last name does not even come close to that!!!!!  SO, I told them to stop calling!!!

FTC regulates ALL commerce within the U.S. You can file a complaint with them @
www.ftc.gov. or your respective state's Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I they investigate such things and have healthy fines.

THEY CALLED US A NUMBER OF TIMES AND WHEN WE CALLED BACK, THEY WANTED THE SECURITY INFO FOR THE ACCOUNT. I WOULD NOT GIVE IT, SINCE THEY CALLED ME. CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR THE ACCOUNT & THEY SAID THAT IS ---NOT---
HOW THEY MANAGE THEIR CALLS AND THAT I SHOULD TURN THEM IN!!!

I have been getting calls from several numbers including 816-420-4003, they are not actually calls from Citi. If you are concerned about your bill, call the number on the back of your card. These are scam artists trying to get your account info. Citi has told me that they can't investigate until they have taken money, which they will if you give them your account info.

calls at least twice a day. Don't leave a message. Totally annoying. Wish I could get them to stop!

Hey, Citi is in trouble too.  Let them know you are behind just like they are.  Tell them you want a bailout too!

They have called me 9 times in the past three days, all hours of the day.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  It is starting to get really annoying.

Yepp Its citi; i've payed them ontime and yet they still call me. i have to put my phone on airplane mode if i know i need to oversleep

These people keep harassing me from 3 different numbers - up to 12 times a day. I've been out of work for 6 months and I'm struggling to feed my family and keep a roof over our heads. When I get paid they get paid clear and simple. Even when I exercise my 'right' to request all contact be in writing and to stop calling, it does no good.

Continual calls from this number...even on Sunday and today, Dr. Marting Luther King, Jr. day.  Sometimes a dozen a day. Won't leave a message either.  My citi card account is closed and they keep calling.  This is insane.

Class action lawsuit.  Anybody want to go in with me on it?

Ok--some comments say that this is CITI and others say that this is a scam so which is it?
I do have a CITI card which I am a week late on and have not spoken to the  callers but really 17 times in one day! You v'e gotta be kiding me!  I pick up when it rings and all I get is a busy single! So idk!
