This number calls at least twice a day on my cell phone and hangs up before my voicemail greeting.  Never leaves a message.  Rather bothersome.

Calls started 2 days ago. Thursday 7 calls starting 0820 ending 2019. Friday 7 calls same time frame. Saturday (today) it is 1630 and I have had 6 calls so far. The last 3 within a 1 hour period. Only on Thursday did I have 2 voice messages-automated. Identified as city client first, gave 866 call back # and hours and days of operation. Said not a sales call only an account specialist can help you. I plan to report this number to appropriate authorites. If there is an issue, they should send something, email an address are on file. My citi account has no problems, so...

We keep receiving calls from this number. After we answer the phone and greet/welcome the caller, they hang up. They call about 3-10 times per day. It's very distracting for my staff and frustrating too!

Since my initial post I continue getting these calls every day, including Saturday and Sunday. I have started to just hang up the phone when they call, if I'm near the phone. I have reported this number to the FDIC. IF I don't hang up, they do leave a message (recording), which is always the same. Upon doing some research I found that they are complying with rules regarding auto dialers, they are within prescribed timeframes, and the message they leave contains all info required. I found nothing about how many times per day they may do this, or about them doing this even on weekends. The minimum amount of calls I have been getting per day has been 7. So, I get 7 calls (minimum) per day, 7 days a week, and so far for almost two weeks straight, with the government's blessing. Oh, I need to add that I have been on the do not call registry for several months now. Where does this leave us, who continue to get harrassed, without any recourse?

Fed up with the calls? Capitol Hill is responsible for this mess.
    (Our corrupt politicians).
Check out the link and see what I did to these credit card collections hogs.

Don't give these scum-bags one bit of info and not one red cent of your money.
If people would quit paying these bottom feeder collection agencies, they would
all collapse. As they say in the Wizard of Oz... be gone, before somebody
    drops a house on you.

This call it is not City Bank. In my caller ID the name that shows is CityCorp... I bet they want people to think they are City Bank. Last night I finally I answered the call.. A woman answered saying that my Home Depot card was overdue by 10 days,( which wasn't true because it is due until the end of Oct.)  They gave me the right balance amount that I was "overdue".  The woman asked me for info (for verification purposes.... SURE!!)... she asked for my address first, but I only have them my street address...  Then asked me for my cell # ... theb email address.. of course I said I didnt have cell nor email address (ha ha hahaha!!!).  They offered me to pay my balance online, for free meaning without charging me any fees.  I answered:..." I'd rather pay the fee and I will pay it tomorrow online with my bank, since is my last payment and I will close it right after"  She insisted a couple of times that I could pay online right there to her... I said No thank you!!!  I hope Home Depot is asware of this since it looks they are going after the Home Depot custumers mostly.  I love to take this kind of calls, to show them some of us are not stupid nor easy targets!!   If someone offers me something for free, either via phone or email my answer is : I DONT LIKE FREE STUFF!!! but thanks anyways..and hang up!!

I've been getting calls from this number for weeks, at least three to four times a day, at any time, after 9pm and on weekends.  This is so annoying.  When I don't answer, no one leaves a message.  When I do answer, I hear dead silence and they hang up on me.  On Sunday they called and my husband answered, the person on the other line asked for me.  When my husband asked what it was about, they said it was personal and they would call back.   I know I don't owe anyone any money, and if my credit card companies or bank want to contact me, my caller ID would not say MISSOURI.

I'm sick of the calls.  Who the heck are they? Can anyone stop them?

OK, got off the phone with CITI..... the REAL one, not these fakes.

They did in fact confirm my suspicion that the people calling me are COMPLETE FRAUDS!

CITI CLIENT FIRST IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH CITIBANK, CITICARDS, CITI FINANCIAL or any other legitimate CITI institution.

If they call, tell them they can kiss your a**

They called me 6 times a day for a few weeks. So I finally blocked them and they start calling me from a different number. They are scammers. Citi Bank confirmed this is not one of their numbers.

They have been calling a few times. They finally got thru today to a person. They claim to be form CITYCORP. First of all the real deal should be CITI whatever. They said my MC account was overdue. I got alarmed since I donot ever get my account overdue. Plus they would not call. They would just fine you the charges. HELLO! So I asked for no where I could call them back. Since I was not about to give any info. over the phone. Have had a lot of scammers calling so they gave me the no. 8666808628 to call back.

I will report them first of all to the real CITI , since he told me not to call the bank! And then I will report them to all the authorities I can find to get them to put a stop to these scammers! I am fed up with them. THey should all go HELL! And JAIL! Why are you preying on innocent people. And he said his name was TOmmy. And he could not be understood too speak clear english next time!
