I receive a phone call from this numbers, it seem an automatic system, nobody answer. Any information about this number?

Call is from CitiCard.... some accounts is HomeDepot and Conoco

Have received numerous calls from this number, no message left.  Have reported this to the do not call site.

What type of legal, legitimate company calls multiple times and hangs up without leaving a message?

Guess I'll never know.

I have had the same issue with these dirtbags. I do not have have any credit cards so I know it isn't the issue. It doesn't matter if you answer it, let it go to voicemail... what ever . They call like clock work 4 times a day.

Have been getting a lot of calls from this number, always hangs up when we answer. Last night, they called about 9PM and hung up when answered, so I called it back. The person who answered, identified herself as with CITI services. I told her I was annoyed by the phone calls and wanted them to stop. She asked for my phone number so she could "look up my account". I gave it to her, after a few minutes, she said she could not find an account with that number. I told her I was not surprised, we have no CITI bank cards that we know of. She said this was not a sales solicitation call, asked for my name, which I refused to give. She said she couldn't find my account without it. I hung up. Don't know if this is a phishing scheme or an extremely inefficient company. It is listed as Citi Services, located in Kansas, and the number is Southwestern Bell. I am going to contact Southwestern Bell and Citi with complaints. Any other ideas on how to stop these jerks would be appreciated.

Got a call from (816) 420-4635. Kept on calling

This shows up as Citi on our Caller ID. They do not want to leave a message, they probably want to talk to someone about their credit card payment being late.

We are late with our last-scheduled payment, and they have called 17 times in the past 10 days.

We have signed up with one of those debt-reduction companies and were told to send Citi a change of address/phone so that the company would receive their phone calls rather than us. We did so, but Citi is still calling here. We may have to resort to having our phone number changed!
