Called three times to my office number.  The business caller id only records numbers

Keeps calling with an "important message"

No information. Just a message to call the number. I don't know who it is and will not return a call to anyone that won't leave a message.

Caller did not identify himself and then asked about a neighbor he couldn't reach.  How unprofessional!!!!

Called my office and harassed my boss for information about me. Filing a complaint. They also have no problem calling after 9pm.

Harrasing calls 5 days past due date. I call them to tell them I paid , but calls continue. FYI Wells Fargo Auto harrases you even if you go 1 day late and you call them to tell them. It doesn't matter.

Called 4 times at my job. Finally had to call back to tell them that if you keep calling I will have NO job to pay my car payment. Tried to do a 1 time payment online. Could not get it set up. Mailed out payment. Called to let them know that I mailed it out;still calling! And yes,they do call after 9:00pm!! Not good at all!

Found two missed calls from 816-584-2070 with no message on my cell phone!!  Since there was no message I wanted to research who might be calling from this unknown number.  I am surprised to hear that it is Wells Fargo Auto Finance.  I have never financed my vehicle and own my Honda outright?  I do not have nor have I had any financial struggles requiring a creditor to call me so this is perplexing.  What could they possibly want?  Sales call maybe?  Telemarketing?

If you talk to them ask if they paid back the $25 billion they borrowed from the US govt

Getting calls every other day.  Not sure why they are calling since my payments have been regularly on time.  Perhaps I should call them back, maybe they owe me some money...lol

More then likely someone had your cell phone number before you and WFAF has it in their system as a possible number. If they can't get hold of a past due customer at the current numbers on file they call every number that has ever been associated with that customer. Why research it? Why not have just called it back if you were curious to who had called? It would have been a lot quicker to call the number and see who it was rather then search the internet. Best to always talk to creditors. They actually are there to help. And they are only human themselves. More then likely they have past due bills too. The bill collectors that get totally irrate with a customer are more then likely the ones that have serious past due bills themselves. They get all irrate at a customer just to make themselves feel better about their own situation.

No message received, just calls.

Just so that you all know.. be very careful if you have a checking account with Wells fargo as well as your auto loan. They will go in and pull money directly out of your checking account and apply it to your auto loan. they dont tell you they are going to do it they just do.

I would check into the legality of them drafting money from your Wells Fargo account. From what I understand, they can not draft your account unless you give them permission. Check your sales agreement and other documents to see if there is a clause allowing them to do so.
