It is a scam. He called my number and WORK number multiple times. I finally had to call the police. When the deputy called him, he actually started singling in Indian to the deputy and refused to believe he was speaking to an officer. That's the only way I have been able to get them to stop. I have filed charges for harrassment

They are calling my cell phone and my job stating that that they are a lawyers office and for me to contact them back.  They start by telling you that you are being sued.  The one guy told me that it was not a good day for me because I would be paying out alot of money.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE SCAMS AND THEY WILL TRY TO GET U TO PAY THEM.  DO NOT SEND ANYTHING OUT TO THEM.  After you hang up on them they will call you back until they scream curse and sware at you.

I received a voicemail directed towards one of my employees from this number today.  Ironically, I am in HR for a collection service, so I am well aware that the tactics they are using are highly illegal.  I am reporting this on behalf of my employee.  Companies/people like those behind these kinds of calls are what give the collections industry a bad name.

Yes, I have had many calls from Officer Michael Johnson or Officer Kevin Smith from this number - at first they are very nice - but then when you ask them questions they don't have the answers to they start to stutter.  How do we get these people to stop calling???

You call them back with *67 from a cell phone since the number cant be traced and then you use the same tactics on them, but instead you say that you are a law office or and officer representing such and such client and if they continue to harrrase the such client further action will be taken. They can go as far as calling your family members as well....

Another thing I was just informed was that WESTERN UNION MONEY GRAMS now gives out your information. I had a bank show me this information, so I DONT use money grams no more.

Please note: the only way to deal with this idiot, is to beat him at his own game. For instance, if you are at work, and if you have an office or desk, play with this clown. Begin with telling him you would like to work out an agreement. however do not admit to the debt. while this idiot is talking cut him off in mid stream by saying please hold on. Hold the phone close enough to your mouth but far enough from your mouth and begin to have a false conversation with someone. try and make it last about 45 seconds or so. Then return to the caller still acting sincere about resolving the issue. Repeat this tactic about 4 or five times. These clowns will think you are serious about paying. Afterwards quickly end the conversation by telling these clowns that your boss is calling you even giving them a false name. also be sure to ask these clowns to call you back. Once they do repeat the the process again & again. Once they are frustrate their true colors will show & you would have won the game. Evenually they will just give up, once they realize you have no intentions of paying them & that you enjoy wasting their time. One last thing if they call you at home you can really have some fun with them. You can get very clever with ways to frustate them. This worked for me I hope it can work for you. Good luck.
