yes, it is TIME WARNER CABLE and leaving no message, but they answer when you call back. it doesnt do any good to ask them to stop calling. we've tried. apparently, they are desperate.

Caller stated they were from Time Warner Cable and stated that the call was being recorded to assure quality customer service.  He them made a pitch for a bundle of services including cable, internet, and unlimited local and long distance with a free dvr for 6 months.

I'm supposed to be on the DNC list. I guess these bulldogs paid some politician off to bypass DNC (heck, they probably sold them the list)...

answered the number. it sounded like chewing gum and then silence and then they disconnected the call. Enough time for the caller ID to register to prompt a call back most likely.

817-717-1938 just called our business. Caller ID shows up as SIRIUSXM RADIO, so I knew it had to be a scam. I was correct. When I picked up the phone, it made that tell-tale "Bloop" sound that the call was more than likely either being recorded without our permission, or that it was coming from inside a sweatshop using a PBX switchboard phone system. They were calling to supposedly offer us the option to purchase overpriced medical insurance from them. When I informed the female caller that their Caller ID shows up as Sirius XM Satellite Radio, she stated that their phone system screws up their Caller ID. Sure... I then informed her that we have no interest in her overpriced supposed medical insurance and she hung up on me. Adding the number to our blocklist and reporting the call as harassment.
