live person called offering some help, I cut her off and said "NO" and she hung up

This is not a live person.  This is a machine similar to Siri.

She said they want to help control my substance abuse.  They called a 'work only' phone, would not respond to question, leading me to believe it was a recording.

Female voice called saying company was in drug and substance abuse field "Are you willing to get help?"  When i commented, hung up

They asked if i was interested in buying freshly molded [***]

Number calls a lot along with 8432024973. With the delay in the voice you can tell it's a simulator. Voice says they are from substance abuse facility asking if I want help.  I m not sure what their motive is or what the scam is. My phone bill shows I was not charged for any calls I answered so why do they keep calling..???For poops & giggles?? Makes no sense.. unless they're trying to get access into your phone somehow to retrieve personal info not sure if it's possible but why would anyone doing it.
