my daughter is Nicole, I called this creep and told him that I was recording the call. He just kept repeating "go f--- yourself"  I suggest we all start calling this guy.  Tell him that the call is being recorded and if he calls you again, it will be considered "intentional infliction of emotional distress" which is a "tort" action and that you will sue.  Keep calling him!

The call I got today was from a Michael Miller and he left me a voice mail stating he need to speak with me or my retained attorney and to call this number back 818-337-1077.  when I did try calling back I also got this box is full many times but then I did get through and the guy that answered said that this was an attorneys office and was called department of investigation and that they were filing a lawsuit against me for a payday loan and that the sheriff would be here Saturday to arrest me and he rambled off all of my information; ie, SS#, Name, Address, and my current Bank that i'm using.  Then he hung up, when I called back he was even ruder and said that if I call back again he was going to file harassment charges against me and that the calls were being recorded.

You Need to Call Pac-West www.pacwest.com  Abuse Call Reports @ (800) 511-9048 and file a complaint with them.  
When I called they said this was the first complaint they had and was forwarding it to the fraud department

I called and complained at those # listed. I also have been calling the scammers all weekend but VM full now. I called and the # is no longer in service 818-337-1077. Look out ppl they will be calling from a different # now.

I keep getting calls from this number first they said that i owed $300 for an unpaid loan when I asked if they can provide me with any information of the company that "gave me the loan" and he said that after I pay the money I can get a copy of whatever I want but if I don't pay they were gonna take me to court this man gave me the last 4 of my SS# told me where I had my bank account. I will call the police and Fox4 if this man doesnt stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
