Do NOT talk to them...No matter what they say to try to make u scared. They will threaten u with a lawsuit saying u did not repay on a loan.. They have ur social, email addy, and work info..They are trying to "confirm" all this they stole from another website so they can use it with ur confirmation to steal every dime in any account they can!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are calling and threating me with a lawsuit.  I do not have any outstanding loans.  I have not given them any information.

I have been receiving these calls at home and work; it is frightening that they have all my information and continue to call me a work. That's all I would need is to lose my job... Any suggestions for making his stop and ensure I'm not a victim of identity theft?

I recieved this phonecall and they threatened to sue me and wished me good luck because if i didnt call back they threatened legal repercussions. they not only left one message they left several. Please dont buy into this...they will steal steal steal....i had to close my bank account email etc.

they called me today 1/13/12 and threatened me with arrest if I did not give them my lawyers phone number so I gave them the number for the Pennsylvania Attorny Generals office

i just got a call from this guy call jack martin sayin i shoudnt ignore his call and if i dnt call back or return his call he wish me good luck and all that b.s

They called my mom last weekend and my phone today stating they wished us luck with the situation that was unfolding on us. I'm not returning the phone call because I don't have any outstanding loans currently. They didn't leave their company name only a phone number which was 818-337-3042

This woman called my job and threatened me that if I or my lawyer didnt call her "You will be sorry what I do"

Just received a call on my cell phone and then at my job.. saying that she wishes good luck with the situation that was unfolding on me. asking for my attorneys information and for me to give her my information. i have no outstanding loans at all. this is total bs. When i asked the name of her attorneys firm she said i should call "Michael Parks" at "the department of Legal Affairs and Investigations" - after googling i found this and other VERY similar stories...

yes i have been reciving phone calls from this number idk why i dnt owe any loans and payin off the only one i have. im californina rite now and dont no any one here. im in the armed forces so i figured this was a scam just dnt kno how they kno my info. its really scary i fussed with the indian lady on the phone and pretty much told me to F off…. this is ridiculous.

They're a complete joke.  Call them out and they backpedal.

i got a call to my hr dept and then i got the # and called them and they siad the same thing and they did not seem to relize is that i am a collector and i have to follow the fdcpa. they left third party info on my hr vc mail and that which was against the law and then they want to threaten me as well and i told they have broken so many rules inregards to collection pratices. so i want them to call me one more time and i have called the state atty gen ofc as well. They are so full of b.s.

They just called me for the fist time and i have no idea what they are talking about.. Vince Martin left em a threatning voice mail and i tried to call back but am not able to.. this is ridculous and wish there was something we could all do....

Called looking for my legal representatives information...I told them that they were a scam...to go away!!!

I just got the same message. The voice mail is full. The girls mother answered the phone and gave it to her. She asked for my name and I would not give it to her. She was upset and then she slammed the phone down.

Just got a call from this number with the same sort of threatening message mentioned by others.  The accent was heavy, but I think the name was Thomas William.  I am going to report them to the NC Attorney General.

Received a call from 818-337-3042 twice on my home phone and once at my work.  Left the name of David Miller and if I didn't call back or have my attorney call them then all they can tell me is Good Luck!  What a scam!  These people are just crazy.  Probably trying to steal the identity of anyone they can.  Just ignore these calls.  Don't give them any information at all. When I called the number back, the first time, a recording came on and said you have reached the Investigations Bureau and the voice message is full.  I waited about 15minutes, called again and the number didn't even ring! How ignorant some people are!

I am 19 years old and this number kept calling my cell phone and my home phone. My mom finally answered the phone and they told her that they needed to speak to me and that it's very important. They had left me a lot of voicemails on my cell phone and I finally got tired of it so I called them back, blocking my number. They were reading my information back to me and kept asking me to verify it if I wanted to know who filed the lawsuit against me. I told them that I wasn't verifying anything and to tell me who filed the lawsuit. They said I can't tell you that until you verify the information. I said first of all, I'm 19 years old and I'm pretty sure that there's not a lawsuit against me. They said my name is officer Neil and I know for a fact that there is a lawsuit against you. I told them that I was then contacting my local police department because they kept harrassing me. At that point, they said okay and they were going to have me arrested. I hung up the phone. My dad who is a police officer called them and harrassed them saying that I am only 19 years old and you don't call my daughter and tell her she's going to be arrested. Also, even if there was a lawsuit filed against her, it's not the police departments job to follow up on the lawsuit and she would've had papers sent to her in the mail if there was something filed against her. They got mad and hung up the phone. I then googled in the phone number that they were calling from and the name came up as New York Cleaning Service. I reported them for harrassment to my local police department and they told me that I am to keep everything that I get in the mail for the next few months and to write down the date and time of when they call and if they have enough information, they will be contacting them and they will do something with them. I just hope that they stop calling me because I'm only 19 years old and I'm in college and I don't need that in my life. All I have to say is they must be really desperate.
