They call me at work at home my cell , telling me i have a law suite filled against me . i know of none, i think they are trying to scare poeple into giving them money.

scammers.. they buy unpaid Payday Loans at low rates and try to collet it.  Problem is this would be a civil case in your home state.  And they're not going to do that.  A legitimate bill collector would have all of the details about the debt, and mail it to you.  Next time ask them to mail you the information.  They wont do it because then it becomes mail fraud and you could trace them.

I just received the same call at home and I had no idea what they were talking about!  The number that I was given to call them back rings busy, but it most worries me because although I didnt verify the things that the guy was asking for me to verify, he had some of my correct information?!  He said that they were calling from Catanese and Wells which is an actual law firm but the number is different.
