Called and wanted to come to our place of business to explain our interest rate increase on our visa card...which we do not even have. Major scam!!!! When we tried calling this number back the line was not even in service.

Keeps calling to explain interest rate increase.  Have told them to remove my name from their list and that we are on the do not cal list.  Seems that does not matter.

These people have been calling me almost 10 times a day for this nonsense.

Tried calling this number back. Finally it connected to a voice mail box. I left a message hoping they will remove me from their calling list.

Keeps calling and never leaves a message. I tried to call back and it just kept ringing and ringing.

Got a call from this phone number on our company's cell phone.  When I answered saying our company's name, the call immediately ended with response from the other end.  I immediately called back, wanting to kow who called but the phone just rang and rang for about 15 times until a recorded message stated" no one is availalbe to answer your call" and then disconnected the call.

Been calling asking for me by name everyday. Receptionist keeps telling them I'm not here. My partner took a call from them. We had just changed our processor for credit cards and thought this was something to do with that. He wanted to save us money on our processing. My partner told him we just changed and had a good deal. The caller became real rude and said she was not listening to him so she hung up. That was yesterday. They called back today and we hung up.

They call everyday like clockwork. I've asked them multiple times to remove our name from their calling list as we are registered on the DNC list. They just get rude and hang up only to call back a little later or the next day.

Received a call asking for my VP (had his name), then proceeded to ask for the co-owner.  I asked her name and she replied Shannon and then I asked the company and she hung up.  I placed a call trace (*57) on this phone number!

This is a scam!!!!!!! No merchant processor would ever call you to look at your statements as they can pull them from their system. Do not let people into your business in reference to this scam. Call your bank!!!

See 9/28 above. They called back and I let them set up an appointment. I man who lives locally came the next day as scheduled. I asked for a business card. He did not offer. He had to go out to his truck to get one. His business card says "Prodigy Payment Systems" from Richardson, TX 75080. www.prodigypaymentsystems.com  888-247-6504. When he asked for a copy of my statement I questioned why the caller ID says Merchant SVCS if they are not Merchant Services. He was dumb founded. I scrolled back on my caller ID and showed him. Then I pulled up this web site and read him the comments. I even printed him out a copy. He said "No wonder everyone says they will get back with me and they never do". So I told him to contact them and get me some answers before I consider looking into doing bussiness with them.  He had a nice Harley Davidson F-150 PU! But not too sharp or agressive of a saleman.

They called and were trying to act like they are from my credit card company and are asking for me by my name, which takes the secretary back a step. When she told them I am not available and we are not intersested , DANNY got vulger and rude with the girl and I took over the call, he called her a liar, etc. Called back the number captured at 818-450-5618 and there is obviously no answer! Truly vulgar!!

I told them that if I demand that they stop soliciting me, that they are required by law to do so, and to quit calling me.  The guy flat out told me he didn't care whether I liked it, as long as I had a phone, he was going to keep calling.

received a call today at work. person asked to speak with office manager. He did not introduce himself until i asked who is calling ;person claimed to be george from merchandise card services.
sounded like he was eating while talking, or chewing on something. anyway, he asked if our business still accepts credit cards. i asked for a call back number so i can return to his call. he asked why i want to call him back since we are on the phone right now. i requested for a call back # again, and he got a bit annoyed by it. i hang the phone up.

I have lost count on how many times these people have called our office and have been rude.  I have experienced some of the things posted here too.  I phoned this company:  Prodigy Systems (a credit card company).  I spoke an operator (Alyssa). She was very polite and pleasant.  She said she would once again take our phone number off their lists.  www.prodigypaymentsystems.com

Called the company back because "mail boxes" were full to accept a message.  The operator transferred me to Whitney.  I spoke to her about what the representatives are doing.  She apologized many times and was very nice.  Call her and tell her your situation too.  It may not stop all the jerks out there who do not have any professionalism or abide by company rules or scripts, but at least someone is aware and may tell someone who is higher on the ladder.
