who the hell are you and why are you calling my phone?

On June 3, 2015 the caller from 818-533-9746 left the following voicemail in a foreign accent.

"...unit, the very second you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Officer Eric Foster and the hotline to my division is 818-533-9746. I repeat 818-533-9746. Now, don’t try to disregard this message, and do return the call. If you don’t return the call, or I don’t hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and take care.”

After listening to the message and reproducing it verbatim here, I deleted it without returning the call. I will provide a further entry upon this phone number if the thinly-veiled threat "Officer Eric Foster" made has any basis in an actual law enforcement agency matter.

they say they are a IRS investigator. they are scam artist. I contacted IRS and they are after them.IRS told me they never call you first.the IRS told me they contact you by mail first.do not give them any money or information.call the IRS fraud hotline and report their telephone number.they are also calling on telephone number 517 207 8536.even if you get a letter from the IRS in the mail look up the number and call the IRS to confirm original letter.do not trust the phone number on the letter.

This person/number has been calling me several times a day for the past few days and just left the message described in one of the other posts. The phone number that shows up on my phone is 819-410-7765 which appears to belong to Iristel Inc when I research it. Totally annoying.

This is the same message I got today, July 16th.  I am going to ignore.  These people should be put in jail.  The message is very intimidating, and threatening.

This is the exact message left, put these people in jail, this should not be allowed to happen!
