818-591-8391

Someone from this number has called my cell phone approximately 6-7 times. Twice just today.

I'm called daily by 818-591-8391 with caller ID name HARRIS M. If I answer, nobody responds. I've tried lookup and learned only that it comes from Winnetka, CA (in the LA/San Fernando area). It'd be nice if we knew who it was, and how to get rid of the annoyance.

"file a complaint" link is on the left toward the top of the list.  If you're not confident the FTC will do anything to them (donotcall.gov), then bring the BBB down on them!

Called on a Saturday night.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize # or name.  Left no message.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST but CONTINUE to get these calls!!!

The annoying pause...I said "hello" twice...then the laughter of a woman...then she asked for my husband by his first name only. When I said he wasn't here and could I take a message, she just hung up on me. Creeped me out.  Looked up the number on the internet and found this site. Will also report to the BBB as suggested by sja.

Calls and does not leave a message; no response when I do answer. I'm on the DNC list. Invasive & creepy!

This number calls us every day sometimes more than one time.  Please see that we are on the DNC list for them.

Receive calls on a daily basis. Today received two calls within 40 minutes of each other. I do not answer these calls. I did once but they wanted to speak to my husband and hung up on me. My husband spoke with them once and asked them to stop calling. I believe they said they represented the World Wildlife fund.

I too just went to the BBB's website and filed a complaint.

I get a call from this number at least once a day. I did find that it is a charity for doctors without borders. I would not donate to someone calling at least once a day for money. I understand that it may be a good cause but I have no idea who they are and if they are legal. If I want to donate my hard earned money it will go to local ones not abroad.

These parasites call every day, including weekends, starting early in the morning. Never leave a message, or just hang-up. It's totally annoying. Can they be stopped?

Started getting calls from this number several days ago.  No message is left.  I am now going to start using the strategy of answering the call but not speaking.  I keep them on the line until they hang up.  That was 1m11s this morning.  They can hear whatever is going on and waste their money and time on the call.   It has stopped some of these kinds of harrassing calls in the past.
