Stop calling business line (police non-emergency number)

These calls are from a collection agency. I was assigned a new telephone number in July 2013 and began receiving calls for a Herbert Williams from various collection agencies asking for Herbert. I probably received over 100 calls. Unfortunately their agents have no brains because when I advise the caller that Herbert changed his telephone number they just keep calling.

Missed the first call next day missed it again. Tried calling it back 2x said the callers mailbox was full (as if it were a personal cell phone). They called me again said they were from Cash America and I was approved up to $10,000 and if I was looking for a loan. I then replied that they should tell me since I was approved (knowing I had not applied to any loans or credit cards). The guy wasn't expecting that answer and went back to saying I was approved. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he said "No!" And hung up. Sounds like someone trying to get personal information for identity theft. 2/19/2014

I dont know who these people are but they called me the last couple of days several times.  No name or voice message.

Got call today at 6:10PM.  Caller ID said it was from North Los Angeles Area.

Whoever this is calls me everyday never leaves a message either. When I call back it just says mailbox is full and then disconnects.  I'm on a blocked caller list and yet every 6 months or so I get calls like this. I've had my phone number for 11yrs and I am NOT going to be forced to change my number.

i just received a bunch of calls from this # and a Indian or Spanish guy spoke to me his name is frank from bank corp bank loans or something like that.

I received 15 calls on March 12th beginning prior to 8:30 AM.
Since it is a number I am not familiar with I chose not to answer it.
They left no messages.  

11 calls in less than 3 hours. When I answered they asked for someone other than me. Did not identify themselves. Foreign accent and background noise.

Calls all the time I'm blocking all these numbers lol... another one is 818-292-1919

I finally called this number back and some indian speaking guy answered.  I said I just received a call from this number and he said ok and hung up.  I called the number back and a recorded message said "Magic Jack representatives are unavailable.  I will report this number to the National Do Not Call Register.  This sounds strange to me.
