Caller ID said "Helen Fuller"  Message was from "Heather" calling about my [unidentified] credit card account  That's when I hung up.

Didn't answer, but right before this I had a similar call about my unidentified credit card. I hung up on the first call

They called and hung up?

Got a call from this number about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. When I asked which credit card company  the caller was calling about she just started naming several different companies. It seemed kind of odd to me that she couldn't definitively tell me which of my credit card companies she was calling about, I only have three. I was transferred to a manager. I told the manager I wanted to know which company he was calling from because I suspected his company trying to run a scam. He assured me it wasn't a scam. I asked him to explain to me how did he get my cell number. I stated that I thought it was odd that my credit card company would call me on my cell phone because I never provide my cell number to my creditors, only my home number. He immediately hung up.
