I get calls several times a day 7 days a week at all hours of the day. Can not get rid of them

Recorded message about lowering the interest rate on your credit cards.

I got a call from this number (818.925.6385). I answered by got no response. I attempted to call back but got no connection.

Called my cell phone , left no msg. If I don't recognize, I don't answer. Put them on my reject list.

"Bridget" calling with a new "secondary" number after I blocked their "primary" number that called several days ago. I normally don't block Carmen, Heather and Brigit because it's easier to recognize the same number calling again and again, but this time I was curious to see what other numbers they use so I can see what other callers report on this web page.

The recording of this "lower your rate" call is exactly the same past calls but from a new number to avoid call blocking. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) and I love "Brigit's" accent when she says "thank you" (it comes out closer to 'think you').

Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it?

Here is a transcript of their latest offering:

[female voice] "Hello, this is Bridget with Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. There are no problems currently with your account, it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 1%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Or press the number 3 to discontinue further notices. Thank you. Have a great day."

[pause then disconnect when I didn't make any key selections]

Got this call on my house phone (ID shows up on TV screen) I don't answer my house phone but my message says to call my cell number...which they didn't. I tried calling the number and was told it could not be connected. Too bad! I had a lot of chosen words to give them.

I get a kick out of her saying this is my final notice!!  I wish it was!!  I think I am up to my 15th FINAL NOTICE!!

These calls  818-925-6385 is total harassment.  The feds should step in!

i get these calls several times a week. I ask them to stop calling every time but to no avail. Fed up with this . We are on a DO NOT CALL LIST. what gives.

Credit card scammers again.  GOD this is call is getting old.

These jack [***] called me again....robo robo! Only way to get them stopped is to file an online complaint to the FEDERAL DONOTCALL as its a different form from the states non-functioning DONOTCALL.
Any time I file Federal, the calls stop.

Bridget from Cardholder Services.  I put up the phone, press 1 and set the receiver on top of a very loud radio.  It doesn't stop them but at least it makes me feel better.

Card Holder Services- they want to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. I informed them I was on the DNC list and nto to call again and they hung up.

Someone calls continually, 2-3 times each day. If I say hello, there's no answer. There's a pause of 5-8 seconds and then I hear a click. There's never any sound in the background. I've taken to picking up the phone and not saying hello. Just waiting. They hang up. I can't see what they think they are getting from me. I am on the Do Not Call list.
