Caller id says unknown. Person didn't leave a message on my answering machine other than hello, hello.

Got a call from it at 5:19pm PST 11/20/214. They hung up. Called them back from the caller log directly and a message "said the number cannot be completed as dialed". Then a moment later when I looked at it the phone number was no longer on my log as "18210895976" and was instead "0-----16198789813". When I called this number back, it was a legal service.

this number is a scammer using the "Update your Windows operating system"scam.  When I told him not to call this # again and hung up, he called right back.  Foreign accent.  When I answered the third time, I blew a whistle in the phone.  The 4th I rang a loud bell in the phone.  the 5th time I whistled loudly.  the 6th time I hit the # sign and held it.  the next few times I answered and hung up.  I know, I'm an idiot.  Finally took my phone off the hook.  You think I pissed him off?
