I've gotten this call twice so far.  Seeing as I don't know anyone in NC, I don't know who this could be.

I believe it's Citizens bank calling to remind you of the new federal overdraft policies put in place at the end of the month...I've spoken to them once....received the notice in the mail, and now another call...If I want to change my policy, I will!

They claim to be "Citizen's Bank" a.k.a. "CharterOne". They claim they want to "Remind You" to opt in for services regarding the change in Federal Banking Laws. They have called a number of times now on top of sending multiple letters in the mail. I call this "Harassment".

That's because if you overdraft they make money. If you don't opt in you can't overdraft - they don't pay out the fund.

I got a call on my cell phone from a person stating she was with Charter One Bank.  She asked if I was pleased with their services and if I had a moment to answer a few questions to see if my needs are being met.  She asked for the last 4 digits of my account and the last 4 digits of my SS# for verification purposes.  I told her that I don’t give this information out.

Calls me from citizens bank asking if I'm so and do I say yes but she caught me at a bad time so she calls back the next day at 11:15 and I'm sleeping and I tell her that and she says I'll call back at a more convienent time next time lets see how long she lasts with my on hold system i made that's 16:30 long! :D

December 12 2013 at 9:45 am - I got a call from Myra asking for me by name and then saying she was  calling on behalf of Citizen's Bank and was checking if I was OK with the service.  Funny thing is that I have not had a Citizen's Bank account or loan for over 5 years.  When I told her this she said "OK thanks goodbye"

Home phone got this today and forwarded to cell.
They don't leave a voice-mail and I don't call back.

Got calls from this number twice, ignored it, put on reject list. what the heck.

I get a call from this number every day and they never leave a message and I don't answer any calls that I don't know the number.

First we have to insist on the right to look up an actual address via the web. The phone companies are giving cover to these scam artists. I have all the time in the world on my hands and would like to make a few visits if you know what I mean.

This is the 2nd time this week that a new vulnerability in the No Mo Robo's service has been exploited. No Mo Robo blocked the initial call which showed Ashville, NC on my caller ID. However within 10 seconds a 2nd call got through using No Mo Robo's own line for reporting scam phone numbers.

This new trick does not totally eliminate the great service from No Mo Robo as I know to completely ignore any call within 10 seconds of a blocked call.

I have reported both incidents to the company but I really want the addresses of these vermin.

Called me Oct 8, 2014 saying they are from Citizens bank and want to go over my account information. I refused.

828-277-4915 has called me twice in two days, did not leave a message.

I looked the number up on whitepages dot com and it IDs a landline in Asheville, NC.
Some reporters have indicated the caller claims to be from Citizens Bank.
If the call was actually from a bank I'm pretty sure whitepages would have it listed, which it does not.
Asheville NC has no branches of Citizens bank in that area according to their website.

Conclusion: phishing.

Called and left no message

Got the call today. They claim they are from citizens bank. I was kind of sketchy. They asked if I was satisfied. I said yes. They asked to review my account I said no!  good bye!

I just received a call from this number. No message. I have my accounts with Citizens Bank, but I'm not dealing with anyone over the phone. Plenty of branches for me to interact with employees in person.

She said she was calling for Citizens Bank, started to ask me if I was satisfied with their services. I told her I do not take calls like this. I told her I don't know if she is from Citizens BK or the moon! She said she understood, have a nice day and hung up. This is the second call like this! You think they would take me off their calling list!

I have received several calls, but they have not left messages. I decided to call the indicated phone number and found that it supposedly was from Capital One. The answering message asked for my account number, which I didn't give. When cust. svc. rep. came on the line he asked for my name, which I also did not give. I have Capital One accounts, so maybe it's legit, but I feel better not giving out personal info to someone who has called me. Perhaps if I had answered the original call I would have found that it a marketing call, which while annoying would at least be legit.
