Got a call from 828-414-4845, asked to speak with Mr. or Mrs. (Last Name) I said, "hello? they said, hi ___ and then hung up"

What is this?

Came home and found where 828-414-4845 had called my magic jack.  It went to voice mail but no message left.  Looked it up on reverse and it said unpublished in Blowing Rock, NC.  Tried to call it back but it said the voice mail was full for that extension.  So there are multiple phones I am guessing.

same thing happened here on that same number.

the guy that called me from this number said that i had won a $1000 gift certificate for an participating in a magazine giveaway or something. Never participated in anything. Think this is TRUE?

same thing, when i check my voicemail it plays some instrumental music. Then when i call the number goes straight to voicemail, mailbox too full. i'm going to block this number.

This number does the same thing go me... It calls about once a week, and all it does is play music... then it hangs up.

Yeah, I keep getting this strange elevator music after a small delay as a voicemail. Would love for someone else to find out who this is. <_<

They called me just now. Said I won a $1000 shopping spree and 3 magazines for the "low price of only $3.59 per week"
they needed my credit card number to verify the order.
When i told them I don't give out my card number over the phone, they said they would call back in a few weeks with further promotions.
Carl was the name of the processing supervisor and Tanna was the girl who spoke with me first, and then put me through to Carl.
Lots of noise in the background - sounded like they were in an airport or other high traffic area.
I blocked their number.

Got a call from this number at 9:18 this morning, i didnt answer due to the fact i didnt know the number and when my answering machine answered it was quiet for a moment then music started playing, it was kind of creepy.

I have been getting a call from this number all day. (5 times today) Same as above, when I answer or voice mail answers, it pauses and then plays music. Called it back and left a message that I was handing the number over to my lawyer and placing a trace on it as well. When it goes to the message box it states that it is # 1027. We will see what happens next.

yes its true i did research and they are scammers do whatever u can to get the police to stop them cuz what they do is illegal and they call me and my family 20 times a day and they wont stop till theyre dead
