Mailbox was full, but I have been getting many unwanted calls from "Annie at card services" who appears to be a non-existent nuisance.  As far as I can tell, these calls are not related to any actual service provider.

I received an unwanted call from 828 475-7077 re: cardmember services asking me to press 1.  When I pressed 1 and told the lady who answered to remove my number from their list, she hung up.  When I call back, I receive a message that "this mailbox is full."  How do I remove my number from their list so that I don't receive these unwanted calls.

I just got a call from this group, but did not answer. It's a scam.

Do not answer and just immediately report them to the FTC. I have been contacted by several similar robo calls. It is illegal for a company to solicit using a robo dialer (a machine calling to solicit you anything and you having to press a number to connect to a person). They have already taken down a few for credit card fraud.

I am trying to get another number for "health insurance" removed because I am sure they are scamming others as well.

It is difficult to track these guys because they can manipulate the caller ID number they send out.

Trust me, I ran a dialer for a few years and know how these systems work.

On another site, a user posted the company stated it is a company called "Senior Medical Alert," but they could be lying about that as well.

So, it sounds like the same people who were shut down a while ago, but now are using "Annie" (it was "Rachel" before).

If you look at the FTC's facebook page, you will find many people complaining about the same or similar calls.

Another annoying call from another scammer--even though my phone is on the Do Not Call...doesn't seem to help. After reading what others said, I'm glad I didn't answer the call.

I get these calls far too often, and have similar experiences as this expressed here.  Now I wait for a real person to get on the phone and I scream as loud as I can.  I feel better and I'm sure it pisses them off as well.  Win/win!

Yet another pre-recorded call by "Ann, from Account Services."  This robo-dialer calls me from all over the country, but this is the first call from Arkansas that I can recall.  This is the exact same pre-recorded call that I've been getting for about 2 years now.  Nothing seems to work to make them stop calling.  I've tried ignoring the calls - they keep calling.  I've tried answering the calls and asking to be removed - they keep calling.  I've tried pushing the # button repeatedly - they keep calling.  I've tried answering the call, pushing "1" to talk to a "representative" and getting the other person to talk his/her ear off - they keep calling.  One woman that answered actually had the nerve to suggest that I change my number - and they keep calling.

I have no doubt that they are scam artists out to steal my credit card information and possibly my identity.  They won't stop until law enforcement (of whatever country they are operating in) seizes their equipment and locks them up.

Within 20 minutes of getting the usual "Ann, from Account Services" robocall from 479-274-1769, I got another identical pre-recorded robocall from 828-475-7077.  These people are INSANE!!!  If I ever find them, there will be hell to pay!

Scam!  They use multiple fake numbers and break the DNC with wreckless abandon. I press one and ask to be removed from the list and tel them I am on the DNC. They immediately hang up, only to call me back again.  I don't even have a credit card and they say that are calling about my credit card

I've been getting these calls on my verizon cell phone for MONTHS! It's always a call from Account Services or Card Services saying they can lower my interest rate. Please share the below FTC court case with everyone you need to help support justice!

Recevied Voice Mail Call on Nov. 28, 2012 from 828-475-7077 recorded message "Ann" with Account Services to lower credit credit interest rates. "this is your last notice"... Funny how they KEEP CALLING!!!!!

Credit card services "consider this your final notice" ha, been my final notice from these people all over the country for what a year or more? Somebody call a cop!

The number 828 475 7077 and other numbers keep calling. DO NOT give them any info. I have asked many many times to remove me from the list and they hang up. So I wanted to see what they wanted so I told them I have $50,000 in credit card debt and then they wanted my credit card numbers and phone numbers of creditors. I laughed at them and hung up the phone. So now everytime they call I try and waste as much of their time as free time I have at the moment.

Just got a call from them as well. Posted a complaint but I doubt it will work. This was the third time they have called and the third time I pressed #1 to tell them to drop me from their list. This time, however, the punk told me to shut up. If I ever get the chance to meet him, he will regret ever calling me (hope you are reading this punk...would love for you to meet with me).
From now on, I am going to do as Shane is doing and waste some of their time. Give them a fake credit card # so they think they have a dummy who gives out credit card numbers freely and then laugh at them and tell them to F-Off..then hang up on them.
