Got a call from this number. Caller iD said Robert Griffen C. Person told me my name & address & asked me if I enterd a contest to win a 2014 Ford Explorer. I told her I don't remember anything about entering to win a car. She said ok & hung up.

A 'Monica Stott' left a voice mail. Caller ID 831-920-6621, Monteray, CA. She had my name and address correct and she said she was Mr. Russell's assistant and congratulated me on winning a 2014 Dodge Durango. Told me I must have entered either online or at a shopping mall.  Said they sent some documents for me but said they had not gotten a response from me. Said this was their final attempt and that it was not a sales call nor a solicitation but that I actually won a vehicle or one of three lesser prizes. She said to please give us a call back at 866-288-2780 and again congratulations.

Same deal except the name left was Diane Foster.

I got this same message, sounds like a scam. Her name was Diane Foster, Mr. Russell's assistant. 2014 ford explorer was the prize.
