Don't call these scammers. They left a message on my voice mail saying "please call 832-241-5105 immediately". When I called the number (from another phone, and blocking my number with *67) the person answered with a heavy Indian accent and answered "Hello, IRS. May I help you?" I told them to stop scamming people and hung up. There are a lot of the IRS scammers out there so don't be fooled.

Voicemail. Said IRS is filing a lawsuit against me & I needed to call this # back immediately. Did not called back, googled the # and confirmed my scamming suspicion.

On Friday July 31 at 1:01 pm a message was left on my home answering machine.
Just a telephone #, no name, on caller id.

This call is offically a final notice from IRS.
Internal Revenue Service.
The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuits against you.
To get more info on this case file please call immediately 832 241 5105.
I repeat 832 241 5105.

Got a call from 832-241-5105, when I answered I got a recorded message that was computer generated voice. Message says it is the IRS and they have been trying to reach me. The IRS is filing a law suit against me. Contact the number they gave to for further info.
Folks, I do tax preparation and I KNOW that the IRS does not contact you by phone for this. They will mail you certified letters first and unless you have been talking to someone directly, they will NOT call you by phone. And even if they did, call you it would be an actual person leaving the message and would not SAY they are suing you.
Folks, DO NOT fall for this. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK. THIS IS A SCAM.

Been getting "IRS" phone calls at this and other numbers.  It seems to me the IRS should be going after these folks who are using their name.

The irs does not call you and leave a vague message !!! They send you letters !!! Do not ever call these idiots back it is a scam to get your private info !!!

message said it was the IRS filing a lawsuit against me.  Based on the comments when I googled the number I did not call them back.

found out they are scammers...left them with a flea in their ear...it won't change anything but certainly made me feel better...filthy swine

They called and left two messages saying the irs is filling a lawsuit against me.The voice sounded was from a women and said to call back,SMH SCAMMERS

I received same message on machine regarding IRS lawsuit - did not call back - appreciate the information provided here -

He call me and said this was a case file and a number.

832-241-5105  Left a message on our answering machine stating that they were the IRS and were going to have a lawsuit against us. they didn't say who they wanted - me or hubby -. Please be aware of not calling back this number - definately a scam of some sort.

Just got the robo call identical to those mentioned above.

I have never called the # back as I know that IF the IRS had a problem with anything of mine they would send me a certified letter.

I received the same call and twice but i checked with my accountant  and he told me about the scam from this #
Them I reported the # to the town in Texas and FBI (friend of my).

I received a message [hone # 832-241-5105 informing me that I owed the IRS. I knew that I didn't owe the IRS but I still decided to call . I called on the same day but the tel. kept ringing. I called on 8/4/2015 to my believe I was informed that I owes $6,700.00 and need to make payment as soon as possible or else there is a warrant out.

Received a call on 04/AUG/2015 at 02:52 PM from Rosharon, TX.  Received an automated voice mail that the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me and to call 832-241-5105 immediately.

Started receiving the same "IRS" calls as everyone else.  These people are relentless; calling several times a day.  They threaten that they are suing you and you need to call them back IMMEDIATELY.  They always leave a message, the same one everyone else reported.  Don't answer the phone, and DON'T call them back!!  Their number is 832-241-5105

I got the call and voicemail yesterday and today.... Yesterday I called it back and the guy answered.... He asked me if I had received the call on my cell or my home phone (which I thought was odd). I told him cell. Then he proceeded to ask me how much I owed to the IRS (again.. odd). I said, "I don't owe anything to the IRS." He said Oh, Ok.... and hung up... Stumbling over his words the whole time with and Indian accent...
