Yes, the United Recovery Systems cowards out of Houston TX for their headquarters. They do have call centers elsewhere and are part of NCO Group network and they use Protocol Global Solutions. Their specialties are abusing, exploiting, and preying on family and friends disguised as charities, card services, surveys with lots of hang up calls if you ask for company information. So hey, is this the slimy dirtball Shannon Thomas or Dijon Hill? Am sure there's more cowards just like you! File complaints of abuse at their BBB and all state and federal consumer protection agencies.
