recevied call from this number  wanting to speak to the owner of the number.

They called my wife's cell. She did not answer, and I  called them back. Got a fast busy signal so they obviously don't accept inbound calls

Monday, ~ 445pm,  wife's cell phone got call from these people.    Didn't bother to answer because they are a waste of time.   These morons should be celebrating out Veterans instead of harassing people!

Got a call from this number, couldn't understand her a word.

Someone keeps calling me from this number and harassing me to sign up for some fake program and hanged up after getting my true name. I called back it does not go through  

Just a warning.  There has been a scam going around that the caller, typically from the Bahamas calls and lets it ring once.  If you call back your phone account get a significant charge.  I know that this number is not one of those but just beware of the "one ringers".  Do not call them back.  If it is someone who really wants to talk to you, they will call back.
