I don't know this number but claimed they needed for me  to call them back, said they were from the Fraud division. I didn't recognize the number.

Yea its a scam, number isnt listed and in a few days or maybe even later today that number will be out of service because ppl start to catch on and they will start using a diff number. I have gotten that call with a few different numbers. Get a real job scumbags. Stop trying to scam people out of their hard earned money

Just received a call from them claiming I have a 300.00 payday loan still open and that they're pressing charges on me. The damn lady wouldnt answer any of my questions which is a RED flag Lol! Bunch of scumbags trying to fraud people, get a real job.....

Just got a call from this number saying I've been reported for fraud .. I didn't call it back because I'm assuming it's a scam!

Got a call at 11:30am from them saying they're from the fraud division and I have an open case I called back just got an answering machine definitely a scam

Try 2 years ago tried scamming me for the same thing. The used the same method... Just different people" watch out....these people they sounded professnal...last time they did not. Saying that I borrow some money & never paid it back from 2012.  I never ask for any money or never received any money.
Also they try to scare you by telling you that they are the( Fraud Dept ) of what ? They say that your in vilatation of Federal Banking code... & going to send it to county ? They never said who!  Just watch out for them! When you ask  for the information to be mail to you, they say they will send it to the county.  

they said that they were calling because they have a case in their office for me for fraud. I don't write checks and owe no one any money. This is a scam beware

I just received the same type of phone call from the same number regarding a case against me for a payday loan from 2012 that I did not receive saying I owe them $525.  It is very scary they have all of your private info but can not answer basic questions.  I almost paid them until I saw these posts. Thank goodness. I can not believe people do this for a living.

Yesterday, those scam artist from this phone # they use to call me is ( 832 ) 412-3376. I am surprise the FBI has not caught them yet! This has been going on for 2 years now... They tried scamming me back in 2012.  Well today.... Since they have all of my information, they have sign me up for 3 different loans that come acrosss my. Cell phone from my Yahoo account... Saying that Thier are 3 loans  that I did not sign up for they are First Mutual Express &  First American Advance & Loan Cash.... Do not use any of these, in my Opion this is very scary!  I hope the IRS will caught up with them!  You know that they are not  reporting this...  by not paying taxes on all on the thousands they Scam people out of each & every day!

8324123376 I received a call from these guys today saying they have an alferd davis on her desk and she is about to sign off on. Also, i owe them 300 dollars, but i never took money from them. I checked my bank statements and everything. I'm pretty scared and worried. I never accepted or received money from ez cord.

I receive a call right I got an credit report from Equifax, saying that was being taken to court for fraud that need to pay them 264.95 er month for three months. I ask them for paperwork. He told me that I wouldn't get any until I make the first payment. I call the FBI. This is a scam.

I have received calls from this number also. Fraud Division I called it back the other day and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. Received a call from 513-280-8188 same Jessica leaving message with Fraud Divison, I also called the number back no one answered I left a message don't think they will call back.
