I no longer answer numbers I do not recognize, as the only ones I give out my number to are in my directory.  This is a Houston unlisted land line.  I may call back at 3:30 AM from a burn phone and ask who it is.

This number is for ECMC Solutions which is an agency that works with former University of Phoenix students for the repayment of their student loans.

Caller asked for person with name I have never heard of.  Asked her where she got this phone number and she said it was one of many on the list for him.  I told her I was tired of people calling here trying to collect money for everyone I don't know.  She said she was not a collection agency.  She said it was in reference to the school he attended.  I guess they just sit and go down the telephone dial and pick numbers at random.
