Calling with a case number ?? Where is the call originating from?

These people are calling my number looking for someone that never lived at my home.  This company says they can continue to call me for somone else.  I need to know who to report them to.  I don't owe them and I don't do collection calls.  I am very angry.

No ID as to WHO........just call!! I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know. If there is no REAL (no recorded or machine)message then I feel it is not important enough to call back.

I received a message saying I need to call Ron Kennedy reagrding a file he got on me. [***]!!!! if you cannot leave your name and company I am NOT calling you back..you not gonna get me with that crap!!!

This company has called my phone from more than 1 number several times today!! Won't leave a message and have NO idea who they are.......why doesn't the government spend some energy on issues like this instead of wasting our tax dollars on things that are working fine!!!!!
