I am getting robo calls from this number for Ron Paul... it says Wachovia on my ID.  Maybe stock holders in Wells Fargo might like to know what their money is being used to sponsor

Same Wachovia number for Ron Paul just called my house and has called from the "843" area code for a week....as many as 8 times a day.

Got call from this number. IDer said it was Wachovia. Don't know if was the old 'walk-all-over-ya' bank or they just picked that name out of a hat.  I did not answer because I was talking with my sweet thang at the time.

Issued FCC form 1088B "T00851509" on this ...they keep calling with a recorded message of Rand Paul saying to vote for Ron Paul

I am getting numerous calls from this number about a Republican presidential candidate.  Four calls in less than four hours. This is extremely aggravating. My caller ID shows it coming from Wachovia.

This number keeps calling  and when I answer, there is nothing but silence on the other end.  Caller ID says V12006393400007.  It's driving me crazy.

Also show as Wachovia on my phone.  Why ?

Says Wachovia on my caller id, but "no one there" (silence) when I answer.  Twice already today.

I received a call today from this number with a prerecorded message supporting Ron Paul. I'm not a registered Republican. The caller ID read "V12010321500007," which obviously is intended specifically to hide the identify of the caller. I thought this was illegal regardless of the type of call and thus even if the call was made for political purposes. Oh, wait, there was a big honking loophole left by the politicos to help themselves as well as their corporate contributors. Anyway, that helps me decide, as I have a personal policy NEVER to vote for anyone who violates my personal privacy with a robocall! By the way, I've now blocked this number on the personal blacklist implemented on my Ooma telephone service account. Best investment ever!

Yes I received one of these calls as well. I would like them stopped. FCC told me not to answer the phone. It came up on the caller ID as Charleston, South Carolina with the number as 843 300 1886

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number - caller ID said "South Carolina".  I didn't answer, got a hang-up voice mail w/ no message.

843-300-1886  chrlstn sc    msge already running for reduce interest rates.  I hear some of these calls are on VOIP systems that have phony numbers posted for caller ID

Its now the reduce my interest rate scam coming from a different state.

They called and left an incomplete message stating something about interest rates. I called it back and a robot answered stating that I had received a marketing call from an unidentified organization and to press "one" if I wanted to be removed from their marketing list. So I did. Then it stated it would take 24 hours to implement (not horrible - better than the 10-30 days it takes to get removed from a spam list). We'll see if it takes.

By the way, the part about what to do to be removed was horribly garbled and difficult to understand.

It's a robo call something about reduces rates on a credit card. Didn't answer the call, but a message was left. IRRITATING PUNKS!

Caller ID was CHRLSTN SC. Left message about how to reduce my rate, apparently by obtaining another credit card, but the message was rushed (as if they knew they had little time for some answering machines to record a complete message), mangled (as if their phone service was a cheap VOIP company), and incomplete (the [robo] "caller" apparently started "speaking" as soon as my answering machine picked up, and so the first part of the "message" was not recorded, since my outgoing message is very, very long [intentionally]).
