I've been receiving calls from this number all week now. Yesterday morning I answered when it rang at ten-til-nine in the morning and got dead air. Today, they've called twice now. I don't get any results when I google the number either, which is unusual.

It's IC Systems, a collection agency.

IC Systems.  They are trying to use a local area code to get people to answer the phone.  Harrassment.
Rude. Try and talk to them and they just obnoxious like they are God!  No reasoning.
Just report them when ever you can!

Received a call from this number and a recording said please wait call is trying to connect.  Of course I hung up.

Calling me at 11:30 pm is unacceptable unless you know me and plan on leaving a voicemail. I Will be contacting IC systems .

This number calls all hours of the day and night, multiple times with no remorse. I have answered and all I get is dead air. I have tried blocking the number, but somehow they keep getting through. I'm ready to stab someone.

Just call at various times!   Dead air!    Scammer I think!

Have called several times the last two days no message. When I called it back said it was a regarding discounted newspaper subscription. SCAM

calls every day hangs up on 5th ring I don't answer because caller ID says unassigned number. Never leaves message.

Never pick up, like heaving breathing on other end
