I get a call everyday the number changes these people are rude and won't stop harassing me I would like to find out who they are and what I can do about it.

This number calls multiple times a day and they switch the numbers completely using fake phone numbers this is one of many that they use. Appears to be a collection agency but I have told them numerous times I don't know the person they keep calling for but the calls keep coming at least 6-7 A DAY!

This is the 2nd called with id of "Dir Assist", first one from "NJ" this one from "SC".  Male voice in foreign(?) language; scary.

I got a phone call from them tonight around 8 p.m. They said that my computer was downloading a lot of errors and some other stuff that was harmful to my computer. They asked me to run a program on my computer so they could get rid of the harmful stuff for life.  I asked them how they got my number due to the fact that my number that is registered to my computer isn't the number they called me at. It sounded fishy. It was 2 guys with foreign accents. I have a security system on my computer. I told them I would get with my computer guy. I couldn't understand what company they said they called from.

I apologize they did say they were from Microsoft. I called Microsoft and told them what they did. And Microsoft stated it was a scam they don't call there customers. And they also stated that they charge to run the program the gentlemen were trying to get me to run on my computer.

I get a call about every month from this number.  It is always an Indian gentleman saying, "I am calling from Microsoft.  We got an email from your computer saying you are infected with a virus/Trojan/etc."  I stop them right there and tell them, "no, you are not.  I have a degree in Networking and my computer has not emailed you anything."  Then, they promise not to call back, and they do anyways.  They go on-and-on about having an 'Official webpage, etc.'  Don't believe them!  I scan my computer vigilantly with anti-malware, anti-virus software and other programs to prevent this and know they are not telling the truth.  Finally, I point out I'm on the Do Not Call list and they need to stop harassing me.

This is a scam call, saying it's from Microsoft, trying to get into my computer.  How do we stop these callers?  Can't they be arrested?

Message left from this number was a foreign woman stating she was from the treasury department and criminal charges were going to be filed unless I paid a debt I owed...first, I owe no one any money and second, they kept saying different names and agencies. SCAM

I have had two calls from this number. Both times saying it is the U.S. Treasury dept. very rude and threatening messages left saying charges will be pressed and I could be arrested. Whoever is doing this needs to be arrested. It's wrong. I have two young kids and I don't have time for this.

I am from UK. How did they get my number, I don't know. I just didn't reply

I have already had 2 missed calls from this number today within 4 hours. I have not picked up as I am in the UK and have no dealings with any private person or business in the USA. Reading previous reports I wonder if this would be a scam but I will not pick up for sure now.
