I keep getting calls from 1844-210-5817 and at the beginning a computerized message that is hard to understand comes on and states that I have undiliveral mail, and I need to talk to them. Here's my concern, they don't identify them self, company, why they call? Nothing FREAKING ANNOYING!!

I am getting calls from this same number saying that I have an unpaid debt from 4 years ago.  The irritating thing is that I have never had said debt 4 years ago.  All they want to do is play ring around the rosy games about who I am and what I do as well as my personal information.  Then proceed to tell me that after all my questioning of said allegation is to lawyer up and then hang up.  WTF is this crap?

Company keeps calling me and saying I am being brought up on charges of fraud and theft by deception. I told them this was they can send me a summons to appear to court not arrest me. I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow.

Don't bother with an attorny - this "NRA" is completely fraudalent and is already folding under exposure.
Just ignore them.

Called me with a case number to tell me I was going to court over a unpaid bad check from an account I don't have.
They won't tell me who it is that I need to pay.

They kept calling me saying I owed money. I called them back and told them my attorney is already involved. I have no debt.

Just got a call with a case number from a computerized voice. They say to press zero to speak with someone or call them back. Most likely fraudulent.

844-210-5817 they have called me for three days straight.  The call is computerized and states my maiden name and if I am not she to hang up.  I have been a victim of their calls, emails, and calls to my place of employment and they also called my father!!  Ruthless people and now their technology is improving.  Do not fall victim of their scams.  I called my local court office and unless they send you a legal document in the mail, they are frauds and can not proceed with any legal prosecution.

I got the same call today. saying I had a payday loan from 2013 in ID. I told them I have not lived in Id for 8 years now, and would never take out a payday loan. They said someone else could of and they where willing to settle the debt at a discount. I asked them how do I know your not trying to scam me. They said we are not, I told them that I would just wait till the court papers appear and fight it in court. The lady got really mad, yelled and said you better get a good lawyer and hung up. I called my bank and they said that my account looked find and to do a free credit report. I did the credit report and this so called payday loan was not on there.

I just called the police and they said it's a fraud but now that I am reporting them I have to wait for an officer to call me.  :/

I got a call too.  For weeks.  They are relentless.   Should we file a police report? What can the police even do for us

They even got my ex wife's cell # and now they're calling her.

this company just called my ex husband of 16 yrs.. Wife~ they've married 10 yrs.. with some VM that I needed to call them with a claim and I'm being sued for Breach of Contract and Fraud for a payday loan of $710 .. but that they'd settle with me now for a discount. I've never taken out a payday loan in My life!! This was from over 4 yrs ago, 2011 they stated. I'm filing against them in the morning.. Told her I wasn't paying anything, she said fine. we'll see you in court and you'll pay 5-6 times this amount.. get yourself a good attorney!

Did receive a several phone calls for the past three days from this "?" debt collector; stating that her name was "Monica".  approaching me over the phone with all my personal information; personal phone number, my work place's name and other friends phone information.  calling in reference to several loan in $$$$ that i had taken in the past and if i don't pay or make arrangement they will send me to court . . . ?  never taken any loan out; the holidays are coming and these people are trying to get you; watch out and be careful these are all scam calls and they are stealing people information.

same people keep calling me about some past payday loan and if i don't pay they will be sending me to court.!  Scams!!!!!!

esta gente me empezo a llamar desde la semana pasada diciendo que yo adquiri un loan en el 2011 cuando yo ni sabia de la existencia de que yo podria adquirir alguno que si no pago me llevan a corte la tipa se llamaba michelle les dije que no creia absolutamente en nada de ello ya que yo estaba mas que segura que yo no habia adquirido ningun loan. ella se comporto muy ruda conmigo despues que le dije que mandara todo fisicamente asi yo pudiera saber que son legitimos.. llamaron al numero de mi padre y me dijeron  cual era mi banco y los 4 ultimos digitos de mi social security,
no es la primera vez que esto me pasa y de la primera fue que aprendi a distinguir estas llamadas y amenazas con tal de que les pagues. hay q tener mucho cuidado mi experiencia anterior alcanzaron a robarme mi cuenta del banco y hackearon mi celular y mi cuenta por medio de el. es un spam

I have been getting calls from these people for almost a week straight now. They are ruthless and rude. They say I owe money on a pay day loan from back in 2012. I never took out a payday loan in 2012! I called the company back today and called them out on the scam and their response was "You are the one going to court, not us." They also say they are going to have me served and arrested and my place of business. This is definitely a scam and no one should pay them a dime!

I've been receiving the same call from the same # that I had added to my rejected list.  However, they left me a voice mail stating that they're handling some sort of claim in their office and provided claim #, which I don't recall filing any claim.  It's bogus.

I got the same message about me living in Florida and having said debt and that they would settle with me and if I didn't settle I would have to pay $2000 or more.  When I asked them to forward info to where I live now they said they could do that and hung up on me--twice as I had called back.
