This same company (who doesn't identify themselves) has been calling me every day for the last six days to threaten me with legal action about a "file they rec'd in their office." I know they're scammers, but has anyone else had experience with this particular number?

This phone number has been calling me for weeks and started calling my family members. They called me today and stated I took out an online payday loan in 2013 or earlier. I have never had an online payday loan. I ask what date did this occur? She said she didn't know date only amout of $400. She wanted me to pay $580 today or face garnishment of wages. I stated I wanted proof of this loan, because it wasn't me. I asked for the date and I can get my bank records and prove it wasn't me. She stated that she doesn't have any information and I must pay today or they will take me to court. I told her I will defiantly go to court because it is not true. I was so stressed about this. I'm so glad I found this website. The government need to shut them down.

They been calling home phone for 6months now there calling my cell phone.

I just received the same threating phone call saying that I am being sued for 750.00 for a 350.00 payday loan. I told her that I don't have and never had a payday loan in 2012. I asked for the name of the company and she said cp investment but refused a phone number stating it was a conflict of interest. She stated are you settling today, I told her no, she stated to get an attorney.

Yes the same thing here. They keep calling my cell phone saying I owe 300.00 and if I pay 590 I won't go to  court.  They are filing a judgement but funny last week my amount was 400.00. I had like 6 things I'm being charged with.  But they don't have answers to my questions... Simple ones like who are they and where are they from.

Calls multiple times per week, leaves voice mail. When I called them back one time, they gave me a spiel about payday loans, wage garnishment, etc similar to other reports. When I asked details, they said they mailed information to my home address (that I lived at over 10 years ago.) When I pressed for further details, they hung up on me.

they have been calling me and also calling my relatives to find me.  I don't call them back.  I know it's a scam.  I get these calls about once a month.  I must be on a scam list! Grrrrrrrr!  I will report it to Fraud .org again.

I have been having the same issue. They have been stating a payday loan which I never took out and don't even have my correct address. I have asked for the documents to be sent to me but they won't even take my correct address to get me the info. If they can't get my correct address how are they suing me? Total scam!!!

Have been calling for weeks.  Calling my husband and mom on a payday loan they said I took out in 2010, which I didnt.  How do I get them to stop??

Said I have a payday loan from 2013 (From Liberty group LLC) and 3 other actions that they weren't able to discuss because of confidentiality. I never took one out. They have called my work and my family. I asked for more information and I was told that I should get a lawyer if I am refusing to settle. I got t in touch with Liberty Group and they had nothing on record I told them I filed a police report and they said "See you in court" and hung up on me.

Calling me and every number I've lived at. How do we stop the harassment

This number has been calling me also and they told me the same thing they told you and when I asked for more information they couldn't give it to me. And than the so called supervisor was very rude and she hung up the phone on me ,so I called back thinking that I'm going to get a different person I got the same lady this time she got very angry with because I asked her name and employee ID number   Something need to done about theses scammers

This company has been calling me for the last few days and today I talked to someone who said that I have a payday loan which I know is not true because I don't have no checking account. They were trying to get me to settle for 300.00$ but she said the balance was 480.00$ and if I didn't pay it that I would be summoned to go to court. When I asked for a supervisor she gets on the phone with a attitude and than hangs up on me so I called back thinking that I'm going to get a different person but got the same so called supervisor and when I asked her name and ID number she really got angry with me. I never opened up no loan and they couldn't provide me with any information on my so called loan. This need to stop!!!

do not know what this is all about, I cannot have any payday loans because they are illegal in Arizona.

Today was the first time they called.  Usually they do not leave a message but this caller did. Looking for our daughter who owes a debt.  After reading all of the listed people and what they have experienced it is just too bad there wasn't a way to stop this nonsense.  I can block up to 250 numbers from unwanted callers.  For us, it was worth spending $100 at Costco to buy this Panasonic Phone system.  It came with more phones than what we need but now we have one by our chair in the living room, etc.  We simply see the number on the TV screen and block it immediately without getting up if we don't recognize the name or number.  We no longer moan and groan when the phone rings.  But, we still get the annoying call to deal with until we hit the block button.

I have been divorced since 1992 called my ex said we took a payday loan out 2 years ago   everyone needs to report to their attorney general.  I got calls a year ago told me they were irs demanded money same scam different story

They called my ex-husband and he told me.  I called them.  They had the lady four digits of a SS# and asked if it was mine.  I said I don't know, and she hung up on me.  I called back and spoke to someone else.  I said you are scammers to which she replied when you go to court are you going to call the judge a scammer to?  I said if you are a legit company, what does everyone have an accent?  She said because people in your country don't work and are lazy so we have to come here and do the work.  Get a job and pay your bills!!!!!  I told her lets go to court.  After that, they called my son and daughter!
