Called friends and relatives threatening that there was a warrant being issued for me. When I called the number, the person on the other line answered "operator" or "switchboard". She refused to give me the name of the company and their address.  Report to the FCC.

Family members and friends recvd call stating they were going to serve me with court papers. I called I was advices a lawsuit would be filed when I requested the information I was advised that the lawsuit would not be filed until I accepted service, I am a paralegal which I did advice and explained to them that was improper process of suit filing, I advices I would maintain contact with my local clerk of court, and they I'm. Stated all could be forgotten if I paid a debt that was 10 years old. I advices that the statue of limitations had expired for legal recourse, he apologized for unconvinced own way and will co to use to file suit

Fraud scamy debt collectors. They pull your info when someone you know has a debt (not my problem) and call on private numbers. Report them to FCC and BBB. They refuse to give business info and say they need you to arrange for a person to sign papers. Haha!! Don't give them the time of day. You legally can't serve another person papers for someone else idiots.
