Received a call from this number.  The woman indicated that she was trying to serve me legal documents for multiple complaints filed in a county in Florida.  When I asked her what county, she ignored my question and continued to speak over me.  She asked me a question, then I said again, what county is this for?  She began yelling at me and hung up.  A few minutes later, I received a call from a blocked number, the same woman left a message in the same regard.  I have no pending legal matters.  A Scam which I will be reporting to the authorities.

A scam of the worse kind these dingbats think people are stupid...

844 230 2869 I spoke to Gina and Ashley who both refused to transfer me to a supervisor.  Gina stated that they were based out of New York and that she was the supervisor. Neither of them would identify the company they were calling from.

Called from a local number. Said she was Tiffany Davis and she received documents in her office with my name and social security number. That a courier would be serving the papers to me at my place of employment on Monday. They also called my sister and mother in law

Received a call from this number.  The lady left a message said that she was going to serve me papers between the hours of 12-5 pm.  She called 4 more times with 4 different dates to serve me.  I will not call them back.

Got a call from "Rose Harper" regarding pending legal action, blah blah blah, with a Duckett number but NO INFO. It's a scam.

Monica Brown called to say she'd be serving me papers today. My mom received a call like this a few months ago.

I too just received a msg yesterday from a Monica Brown saying she received documents on her desk regarding a pending claim against me. She said they had the last foyr of my social on them and that someone would be serving me at my home or place of employment tomorrow. She didn't say what company she wss calling from or who the claimant was. She again left me another vm today saying that she hadn't heard from me yet. This totally sounds like a scam so not calling them back, especially since caller ID shows a local number.

Calls provides the last 4 of my social and states I have been officiatlly notified that I am being served.. with a case number... feels slightly scary to receive that type of call. Sounds so much like a spam

It is imperative that I do get in contact with you. My telephone number is 844-230-2869 and my direct extension is 401. This attempt to reach you will be marking the docket accordingly. You have been officially notified. Doing the block(?).

I have received several calls from from this number. When trying to verify my ssn and address the are completely wrong. I have been told they will remove my number from their list, but I'm still getting calls. They are also calling family members, telling them it's an urgent legal matter. Getting really sick of this

Received call from this number. Voice mail message left "We are serving you with notification of fraudulent information placed on file concerning your account. At this point Federal law states that we must get a statement of intent from you to better understand the course of action in which you must take to rectify this matter.  Failure to respond will result as true action." I called the number.  Company is Nationwide Recovery Systems (NRS). They are a debt collector.  BBB shows them as legitimate.
