Threatening civil action

Claiming to have several allegations in our Court House against my husband and he will be served at his residence or place of employment and we have now been officially notified.....scammers

They called me from this number at my job say that they was trying to get in touch with me about buying a home they call my work place over 15 times

They called my mom with a similar threat. Claiming I owe on a loan I never borrowed. They claim I will end up in civil court. I replied, I won't pay unless they send documents supporting what they claim,  I'm sure some have fallen for their tactics.

Called stating I owe money for a loan i never took out and that i would be processed. I asked for documents to be sent to me and they said it was against policy. Scammers. They also got my husband's information and my mothers number to call them.

I just received a call threated my son to go to court.  I called my son right a way and he never applied for any loan or credit card or anything like that.  I almost have a heart attack.  This is  no funny at all.  Hope somebody do something about it!!!

Have received calls from multiple numbers 231-383-6593 and 734-413-8416 on my work, my cell and one at my mother's house in a different state all leaving the same number for call back. 1. My credit report is finally cleaned up, so there's nothing outstanding (other than a $25 bill that the insurance goofed up) 2. I haven't used my mother as a reference on credit in at least 5-10 years. 3. The woman clearly is reading from a script, she didn't even know which department she was calling from without reading it.  The 'probation' department wouldn't call giving the office a heads up that a garnishment would be sent to the office. Garnishments do not work that way and there's an actual process it has to go through all of which is in writing.  10 years I received a 'request to pay a debt' and they put it on your front door and send it in the mail.

Received a call from a woman who identified herself as Sweden Delgado looking for my brother. She claimed there were pending allegations against him and that after a search, my name popped up as the person who could get in touch with him. I took down her number which was the 844 number but the number on my phone was a local number:757.330.0884. I called my brother who had no idea and we looked up the number and found it looks to be a scam. I will be blocking both numbers but it is absolutely ridiculous that these spineless leeches can harass people like this.

These number been calling and they are claiming that my spouse owedthem a loan which is not true at all
