This is a scam -

Claims that i have taken out a payday loan and never payed it back. I have never taken out a payday loan. Claims i closed my account to keep from paying the loan back.

wont stop calling. uses multiple numbers and people. even people that speak perfect english.

Got a call from this number around 6 pm, 1st of all, what debt collector is calling people in the evening instead of during business hours? They said I took out a payday loan in 2011 and never paid it back. Crazy thing is, they had all of my information.

Harassing me at my work number, saying I took out a "loan" for $450 in February, 2012 and I'm now in "breach of contract" and that I am going to be served with papers for arbitration. I told them to send me the papers that I allegedly signed for this so-called loan. I've taken out payday loans, but I live in California where a payday loan has a cap of $255. I called BS on them. The guy started yelling and said, YOU WILL BE SERVED WITH ARBITRATION PAPERS AND YOU BETTER HAVE A VERY SAVVY ATTORNEY BY YOUR SIDE BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT" (all in broken English). Note:  They change their phone number often because the last time I got a similar call they called from 888-796-6879. This is scary stuff people. Please help get these fools shut down as it appears they have personal information as to social security numbers and addresses we've lived at past and present.
