they keep calling and telling me that my husbands being sued for using his ss# and harassing

My co-worker received a call from this number 844-332-5130 stating he was with the IRS and asking for his SSN.  Beware!!!

someone called Nate or Nest Taylor, called saying he is calling IRS and he is badly looking for my husband and he is not available and he asked to provide the cell number or address...

someone called name by george taylor he is calling from irs and he wanted to talk to my husband if he doesnt call than police will come and arrest him because he is sued from irs

I received call from this number on May 14 at 11:07 am, left message for IRS lawsuit and tax scam. Call back at this number for further

I got call from 8443325130, left voice message threatening to take serious criminal charges against my SS#.

SCAM!!!!!  They called my elderly mother, she couldn't understand because of a heavy Indian accent, so they put someone else on the phone but he had the same accent.  She then put me on the phone.  I noticed there was a lot of background noise, but the biggest clue of fraud was THAT THEY GOT HER NAME WRONG - they didn't know her legal name, only her nickname!  I questioned him further, so he "transferred" me to a supervisor - who had the same accent! (funny how everyone in the IRS is from that part of the world).  I hung up and looked up the fraud number for the IRS... guess what, she didn't owe anything!  CALL THE IRS FRAUD DEPARTMENT 800-908-4490!!!

The same thing happened to me just a few minutes ago. A person with an indian accent called saying there was an irs complaint against me for not filing income tax and asked me to note the case file number....I demanded to speak to someone else as I could not understand his accent, the call was transferred to a supervisor who sounded indian too but with a little better knowledge of the language. When I told him that I myself work for an accountancy firm and file taxes every year not just for myself but for others too....the person said....oops....and hung the phone!!!

I just got the same exact phone call but since I was almost 99% sure it was a scam, I told the indian guy that if you are going to fake an IRS agent you need to at least be courteous when you call people and told him how my lawyer files our taxes every year and we don't owe a penny but even if we did I would be more than happy to pay it because I love this country and I know if you go on with this someone will sue your [***] and then you will really be serving that 7 years prison that you mentioned to me. His reply to me was "[***] you," and I returned the favor as well and ended the phone call but saying "you too."

Got a call from the same number.... those people are making a scam!! I am going to complaint right away.
We do not need to panic , I believe they will be caught and punished.

Received phone call as IRS TAX audit, asked to pay $3500.00 with in 30 minutes, otherwise be in jail right away.

I got a call on yesterday from yhis number saying that they were the IRS and I was audited and I owe 2200 and I need to pay at least $1000 or be arrested.  When I asked the person who sais his name was Raymond Scott send me out documentation supporting these alligations he became angry and started being rude and nasty telling me that I must have bad credit if I can't send $1000 to them and why don't i borrow the money and he also stated that I was not supposed to dicuss this matter with anyone else or be held criminally liable for doing so.  

yes i just got a call from the same indian accent guy said that his calling from IRS and he told me if your husband doesnt pay $2900 in 45 minutes or the police will come to my house and arrest him for 10 years.  and also the IRS will freeze our accounts and will hold our house and will be in court.. so please please nobody fell for this SCAM and this is not right , i hope he gets caught and they for real put him in jail for 10 years ... ......... good luck all

I get this scam call all the time and it goes to my Voice Mail and then gets deleted. I do not pay attention to calls like this. These people are trying to rip you off, they want your money plain and simple. I say do not pay them any attention. Delete the messages from your phone, or do not take the call, simply hang up on them. The big clue on this one, the Indian accent. BIG GIVEAWAY
