This person has called me more than one time and claim I owe over 13,000 dollars and they are coming to my house with court papers. When I tell them it not me they call me names. Say I am gay and are going to beat me up. They call my cell phone and know my name.

call my daughters phone but didnt ask to talk to her by name. told her he was coming to her house to serve her papers and she needed 2 forms of id. i called him up today and gave him a fake name. he read me a list of people on his list and said she is not on his list. (if this was legit HE CANT TELL ME OTHER PEOPLES NAMES). and you dont get a phone call saying you are being served with papers for court. SO IF YOU GET A CALL FROM A CHRISTOPHER SHWARTZER FROM NEW YORK. 1-844-512-7930. IT IS A   S C A M !!!

Just received a call from my mother asking me to call (844)-512-7930. I immediately looked it up and found that its a recent scam. Everything that "DONT MESS WITH MAMA" said happened with my mothers call as well.

Christopher Schwartz called my work - a PUBLIC SCHOOL and left me an intimidating voicemail to make myself available for a summons. I spoke with my father, who is a lawyer, and this isn't how the legal system works. This is a scam and I will report it to the district and county. Shut this creep down!
