This is a scam and threatening supposed payday loan debt collector stating they have warrant threatening to call work and personal contact when you look up number it is stated that there is no such number, These people are breaking the law and do not answer their calls they are mean rude and threaten constantly, they called my number and it was not even for me and when I called back they tried to say it was for me, don't fall into their stuff.

They say I owe a pay day loan and they are filing fraud charges against me and garnishing my checks

They called me regarding an old credit card debt from Bank of America. I didn't call them back and got nothing in the mail - and bam, I get a summons from court. Wtf?!?

I got a call from them regarding a capital one credit card. I didn't lay the balance because my ex-wide ran up the charges and we are disputing them in divorce court. I explained this to the attorney, they filed suit anyway.  It's ridiculous.

Hi - did they garnish you? They didn't say that to me. Will they discount the credit card balance owed?

just got a call from these people saying that I took out a 300# loan on February of 2012  and I never take out loans on the computer  but they knew my social and what company I used to work for and said that I had chase morgan bank in florida which I never did . nice try and the bank routing number they said is mine never exist . I called my bank and my bank said its a scam but hey nice try and for the record I haven't lived in florida for years now . nice try though . hope they go to jail for fraud

Do not give them any information. This is a scam call where they try to get more information from you and money. If you signed up for payday loans on some website, they most likely got your information that way. All you can do is report them. (They have a new guy that sounds American this time)

This place called my work number leaving a message asking for my Manager. Says it is an urgent manner. I have zero issues out there as far as money. Only I have done is open a credit card account so it sounds like a scam and I can easily track this down to who is selling this information because I rarely list my work number. I believe it is credit card company mole selling information on the side. BEWARE!!

They called me today too. You actually got a summon for court? They haven't followed any legal protocol in representing a law firm and so I was sure they were just trying to scam me. Any updates?

They are calling me and my work claiming I took out a loan. I never took out.  They have my SON and bank info

I was just called and told I had to pay today or they would sue me!  I asked for the loan paperwork that I supposedly signed and they would not produce it or couldn't.    Then threatened me to choice option 1 or 2 and then said they would sue for 20,000 and then hung on me.

I got a call today as well said his name was Chris Harris from Stark Law Firm.. and this number I can not find any information on them any where??? Has any one ever got a summons....

Did anything ever happen with your court summons? Is it legit?

I just got the most harassing call ever and I am a debt collector for over 10 yrs and I have never spoken to someone like they just spoke with me...stated I took out a payday loan online they had my full social sttd I used Bank of America acct im like who is the original lender they refused to tell me stated is was back in 2011 im like huh WTF that account was closed due to identity theft and fraud I asked to be mailed something she said no we taking you to court you either pay today or have legal actions..so I just asked my manager what to do and Im about to report them to the Federal Trade Commission....said they were a law firm

I got a message from them looking for my ex-husband which we have been divorced for almost 10 years. They said they would call my work and my family till this issue was resolved. The guy sounded very rude on the message. Haven't received anything in the mail and I will not call them back.

This number been calling me now for over a week I have not been answering but they did leave a message stating that they are a law office. Also said that if I don't return the call they will come to my place of employment and home. I still never called back. I guess they just have to do what ever they need to do.

"Angela" left a very rude message on behalf of a "law firm" claiming they will keep calling residence and employer in what she claimed is an attempt to collect on a debt.  Sounded fishy so I searched the phone number-- no hits for a law firm.  The only search results are pages like these-- that shows you it's a scam.  If it were a real law firm or collection agency, a legit website would pop up when you do an internet search for the phone number.

Pay Day Loan with Tack Management Group LLC.  Said I borrowed $450.00 and now I supposedly owe $2,915.00.  Said I took out this loan out June 28, 2011.  I have never heard of this company.  They are threatening to file suit against me.  What do I need to do?

Last week an agent for this supposed law firm called my home # asking for my brother re "urgent legal matter, contact them nlt end of day etc". Then they called my wife's cell while she was at her job. A few weeks ago someone called my wife's #, preceded by very harrassing call to my ex-wife's previous husband and his current wife. That Stark co is reaching far and wide. Btw, common denom seems to be my ex, and yes, she was/is currently involved/up to date with one of the pay day loan places . My brother knew of this scam already and suggested to invite Stark to serve the papers at our Sheriff's station. Maybe that'll shut them up for awhile!
