eric fraiser called with blocked number & was threatening to be served tomorrow

This person  called my phone restricted number left a message  saying  they are going to serve me tomorrow or at my job.

Received the same message, courtesy call before they serve me at my residence or place of employment.

Called me said they would serve me at my home or work. Good luck with that.

Got a phone call with a block id. Threating me saying I'm going to get served tomorrow and my work place.

On Friday 4/22/16 I received a call from a "blocked caller ID", they left a message saying that they had papers to serve me, that they would be at my home or business between 12-4 on Monday 4/25.  If I had any questions, I could call 800-811-3956.  They did not leave a company name or and debt information.  I called the 800 they provided.  The person answering the phone did not answer with a company name.  I explained why I was calling - they "looked up my case" and said that they were pursuing me in court for 2 charges, 1. an attempt to defraud a company and 2. theft.  They said that they were pursuing me in court for ~8,000, but if I paid before I was served, they would accept a payment of ~1,200.   I had the person on the phone (Arlene) email me that offer.  She did.  From that offer I attempted to verify the company name, phone, email (etc).  When I google the email address that she used (admin@countycad.com), there was lots of reports of a similar scam.  I immediately reported to the FTC.  www.ftc.gov/complaint
