A man left the following message on my answering machine:  "Hi my name is Bryce with The Gift Recovery Department calling about the $25,000 sweepstakes that ended some time ago.  We are reviewing some information and need you to call us back at this number as soon as possible and congratulations."
He never said my name, where the company is located, if or what I had won, nothing like that.
I haven't entered any sweepstakes, so I'm assuming this is a phishing attempt/scam.  I won't be calling them back.

The same as above about a sweepstakes.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize.  I search places like this site first.  I just added the number to my Blacklist Plus.  I will not call back.

I received same voice mail as above. This is definitely a scam so I blocked this # from my phone.

I just received a call from Bryce about a $25,000 sweepstakes.  Never said what company or my name just like the other callers.  This is definitely a fraudulent caller.

Total scam artists!!  This company called me from a bogus number 571-999-7512.  Bryce by the way from Bastrop, TX;  Stating to call 844-604-0006 about a contest I entered months ago for $25k.   I knew it was a scam because I know I never enter contests. So I called --  First they say CONGRATULATIONS!!! I asked what company they are, what contest, when did I submit the entry and the rep said I didn't win anything yet the drawing is in June.  I kept asking the same questions about the contest and she hung up on me!  I kept calling back, they kept hanging up on me!! LOL.  Last call I got someone and told them I didn't  know what kind if fraud they are into but I was reporting them!!  So I called the 512-999-7512 number and the number goes to dead air then a recoding that says number is not in service!!  FRAUD!!

Sounds like a scam similar to Pierre who kept calling a while back from a similar sounding organization.  A contest entry submitted a while back and they are going over some information, prize is supposedly 25K, yeah right.  The caller id showed 512-999-7512 and asked that I call 844-604-0006. Received a call yesterday from the 844 number, they left no message.

No message - others reporting this link it with potentially 'spoofed' numbers by city, state. Received the same call today, saying to call 844-604-0006, a toll free number, right....I haven't entered any contest, and like the rest, never said my name.  Said his name was Bryce, the number he called from was 312-625-5511, IL USA
I wonder if he ever gets tired of making these calls?? LOL

Also just got the call.  Not a toll free and from the comments, it is a scam if they cannot give you the information first.  They are fishing for your personal information.

I called and gave false information and she said "I see here that you had entered a contest and won. I just need to verify some information"  I said, "that is interesting as I gave you false information"  She got pissed and said "I know that, you called from 913XXXXXXX. Quit playing or I will send a squad car for you" and then hung up.

Bryce called 844-604-0006 late last night...gift recovery..mentions $25,000 sweepstakes that has ENDED but they need information.  Total Scam...probably one of those deals where they want your information and credit card or bank info with promises of depositing winnings.

Run..dont walk...from these crooks
