Got a call from Chris O'Connor, apparently he used to be Christopher Powell stating he would be at my home or work with a Summons never saying my name or where he was going. Apparently there is a similar scam from other similar numbers so i wanted to add this one and hope no one falls prey to the scams. So sad. Wish people would value working for a living instead of stealing from people who actually do.

I received a message from Christopher O'Conner with Legal Caring Services (phone number 844-606-6287) which never stated a name of person he was trying to contact. He stated that he had a summons to come to my home or place of business within 48 hours. "Make yourself available with two forms of ID. If  at work the head of security must be present to sign off."

Um...Sign off on what? Second whom are you trying to contact? Third...I know the laws in my state.
I've already reported this name also.

Same thing...just got a call from the Chris O'Conner saying he would be at "my" house with a summons although he called our office. I called back thinking that they must have the wrong number and wanted to set them straight...but the phone never rang...so thinking it may be one of those scams that makes you call and gets a ton of money from you just from the call. "844" is not a common prefix. The phone number was 844-606-6287.

Honestly a freaking waste of my time! GRRRR

I received the same message on Oct 16th, 4:55pm.

I just got the same call, same person, same phone number today 10/20/2014 at 9:01, I proceeded to BLOCK the number, it is a total SCAM.

Same number and call -844-606-6287. How can these scams get busted?

I got the same call...Ive been getting BS lawsuit scam calls ever since I installed my home line a couple months ago. The only people with this number are clients and family. I use my cell for anything else.

Received a call from "Chris" with the same nonsense message about coming to my home or work with an arrest warrant.  This is the 3rd number the call has originated from, same scam.  If there was truly a warrant, there wouldn't be an automated message on the cell phone.  Hope this gets done away with.  Don't have time for BS, as I'm sure the others on this =board can attest to.

The Better Business Bureau has linked Legal Carrying Services to Swanson Miller.  Swanson Miller was shut down by the state of New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman and paid a $10,000 in May 2014.

Clearly he did not shut down operations.   See the BBB website for more information.  

I have 0 tolerance for [***] callers in fact if my number is called again by this number I will press criminal charges 544-606-6287 I do not take kindly to being threatened !! Further more if there is really a summons my county's sheriff's office will know how to find me !!

I get this call about every 2-4 months. Idk about androids but if you have a IPhone, just block the number's.  All they are is a dept collector that bought your dept and they want to scare you so you will pay them. They have been calling me for 4 years and I never received a summons yet  to appear in court.  So just block the number. If you don't know who is calling you, don't answer it

Received the same message at 10:11 a.m. today as the others listed here have received.  Perhaps the Better Business Bureau needs to know these people continue to operate.

Same thing I got call stating hed come to my house or place of buisness regarding a legal matter and make myself available over next 24 hours and have security present to sign off, only one needinng security bis you mo. Fact your trying to pull this on woman , I wish youd come see me punk m+×÷=% f#$*@!!!! I just received the same call from Christopher O'Connor posing as a local sheriff with a summons.  First of all they don't call first.  Idiots.  He also said he was coming to my work.  Well I don't work and they would know that.  I've received calls in the past with the same message but, using different names.  They went as far as calling my husband, stepdaughters and my ex husband!  I've never called them back as I researched the many complaints about these calls.   Do not call the number back and certainly don't let the calls worry you.

Same garbage.  Christopher O'Connor crap. Legal carrying services. I tried calling back and the girl that answered the phone just mumbled a company name and hung up when I asked her to repeat it.
