Amy Banks with ??? called me at my place of employment regarding legal documents.   Scammers!  Thieves!   Falsely accuse you of owing thousands of dollars and harass you at work, your family, etc.   Do not talk to them or give them any information, address, etc.   This issue has been ongoing for years and needs to stop!  They hide behind spoof cards and change caller id to say "District Attorney", "FBI", "Sheriff's Dept".   No legitimate legal agency will call you and warn you that you have a warrant for your arrest.

someone called and said they have a warrant for my arrest and would I like to talk to someone about it. I said yes and no one ever came to the phone. when you call it back the recorder says they are not open.

Company called friends left a message that they had an arrest warrant for me. Called back number does not exist.

i got a call at work and they said i have two felonies and the needed me to call them back.

I had a voicemail from this company and Bryan Richards is the person handling the claim he said the report came across his desk this morning and he is filing charges against me and I will be picked up at home or at my job by my local sherrifs dept

Recieved a call from a woman at this number who said the same thing! Two felony charges have been passed across her desk and that I will be picked up tomorrow at my home or place of employment!

Same thing that 2 felony charges have been filed and the sheriff's dept will come to your place of employment

I got a voicemail from a women name Kathy Johnson but she called from a local number 240.720.2416 to look real but left the 844.776.4717 to call back(Both numbers link to Direct Proccessing). She also stated that felony charges are being filed against me in my county district court  and that a warrent is issue for my arrest tomorrow at 2pm at my home or work. So when I called to inquire  more about this matter the sweet women who answer the phone fowarded me to the legal attorney Joseph Allen(@207.805.9378 is the number title central mediation but the same sweet lady on that voicemail too) mind you the hold time was long connecting with him. He stated as well I just got your case and he have me a amount, my bank name, and agency I never heard of. Think about who warns you of a warrent one day in advance.  You have to go through collections first. I see Im not the only one being scam. I hope this helps because it sure helped me.

I, too, got a call from Kathy Johnson on 8/28/15 and from 844-331-3296 on 8/27/15 both times saying she was calling from Direct Processing. I have gotten more calls than that from these scammers too. They're saying I have 2 felony charges against me and if I don't take care of them a sheriff is going to come and arrest me at my home or place of work?? Excuse me, but I have never had a felony in my entire life! I'm also permanently disabled and am living on SSD. I wonder where they think my place of work is? Obviously they must not be too smart if they haven't caught onto that one yet. I still refuse to answer their calls too but...I think it's time to start playing their game and see if I can have a little fun with them before I hand them over to the police or phone company. Why not...I have plenty of time on my hands. ;)
