Message was for my daughter using her maiden name and obviously my phone number since she used to live with me before she was married. The woman said call was in reference to a summons against her for writing a bad check. Please call this number and ask for Dana Armstrong. Then the person just hung up.

Somehow someone has hold of her information for months ago I received calls for her saying she was going to be arrested at home or her place of employment for who knows what - mentioned social security number. This type of call came from Detroit then later from Hattiesburg, MI. No arrests and no calls from those numbers. Now this.

I just received a call from this number I don't know how they got my information. They said I owe a loan and that They were going to send someone to look me up. I don't know who it is or were they are calling from. DO anyone knows this number.

That Dana Armstrong called me too with the exact information as "Very annoyed in NJ".  The phone number she supplied to me to "take care" of this was out of service  1-844-787-1674 and she gave me a case #. I don't know what is going on so if anyone knows please pass the information along.  Thank you

This company really assisted me with clearing up some payday loans I had taken out.  The rep, T****,was amazing and she really listened to what I had to say and she developed a payment plan that worked for my budget.  I was treated fairly and with respect during the entire duration.

It is nice to know that there are collection agencies out there that put the consumer first and not the bottom line.

Call from 844-787-1674 stating I had a charge for a bad check and that they will have a summons sent to my home or job. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Rec'd a call from Elliott Black 844-787-1674, acting as bill collector on a bad check.  Mr. Black needs to get with the times.  No one uses checks anymore, at least I don't.  I called Mr. Black back and will PLAY ALONG WITH HIM....this will be fun.  Ill play stupid, beg for mercy......ask for another chance to pay debt and ask him to MEET ME AT THE 12TH district Chicago Police Department so I can satisfy my debt !  You think he'll show ????   Me either.  : (

I really feel sorry for you but really don't if you would pay your bills you wouldn't get these call. advice should seek Consumer Counseling Service to help you. that is what my husband and I did. Stop complaining on line and do something about it. Don't get upset that you get called about money that you borrowed and haven't paid it back. Take care of you obligations we feel a lot better for it. If you know you did wrong take care of it. This is the problem with us today we borrow money and think if we dont pay it will go away. Well guess what it doesn't.

If he meets you at the police dept or not who loses you do because you are still not taking care of your obligations your credits sucks and you are still running from your bills. good luck

Um, Hey scammers.  If this were a true complaint of an outstanding debt.  A "collection" company would not make robo calls to notify the offender of the debt.  They would "just be served" of the court location and date.

Court summons for writing fraudulent check but they were calling for a Marie Cruz (not me) gave me a number to call with a case number. Ended the message with "good luck in court"
