Person left voicemail stating he was calling from "Legal Support."  No name was given regarding the company or the caller's name.  Person claimed that a process server was going to bring a summons to the home between noon and 2 pm and if the targeted person is not home then the process server would bring the summons to the target person's job.  Then the message says call 844-819-4894.  No explanation is given regarding why a summons was being issued.

Very suspicious because 1. no names are given of the person calling, entity calling or the person they are looking for and 2. legitimate process servers don't call--they just show up  because the element of surprise increases the likelihood of successful service;

We did not call back because we did not want to verify anything for these crooks.

on 7/29/15@3:13pm I get a voicemail stating this call is from a "Legal Support" calling to inform me (never mention my name) of summons that will be delivered to my home between the hours of noon and four pm within 48 hrs.. that I would need to have some type of id.. if I wasn't there summon would be presented to job...really I wish these so call scam artist / harassing people would stop this !!! if someone was summon me or anyone with a warrant when did they start courtesy calls, really!! I  was advised by attorneys and rdu police dept that this was a scam and not to return call!!

They called my home and left this number for me to call. When I called asked if I had been served yet and I said no then transferred me to a lawyer and he said I had a online loan from 2010 and owe 2k and I said no I do not and he said I will be served and will need to be in court. I said fine serve me.
