These guys say they are calling from Peak Solutions as a mediation firm. They are lying and will try to scam you into paying the money right then or they are going to take you to court for fraud. They will call your relatives and friends but do not fall for it. They are a scam and I have contacted the police and attorney general in my state and they said the same.. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!! I can only hope they they are caught and they can deal with the fraud charges.. not me.

They just called my work & left a message saying they are taking me to court, my attorney can call them if I like. He gave me a case number and a number to call him back. I guess when the last girl called me stating that she was on her way to serve my did not scare me, they decided to take another route. Funny how they will not provide you proof of anything you owe. however insist that they are coming after you.

Just got a call at work, from PR Firm. Ok lets try a little harder with a name. I asked why they have mailed me a lettter to my house. His answer was, we could not get a hold of you. Uh my address has been the same for years. Don't try to call me and try to scare me. I am no idiot, do you really think I am going to bust out my ATM card and just let you have free will at my checking account uh NO. So try again, they are so fake its annoying. He hung up on me because I kept on asking question, like are you a real company if I search you, his answer yes. Well guess what I can't fin this PR Firm.

    Hmmmm
This guy said he was calling me because a friend had used me for a reference. Since I had not seen this guy in years I found that hard to believe anyway. He wanted to know his current employment, then when that got him nowhere he wanted to know if I had a current phone number. When I asked who he was with, he gave me his name but no company. When I asked again "What company are you with?" he replied "I'm the one asking the questions here" !! Ha! I said Guess again...and hung up.

Keeps calling me at work. Now wants to speak with my supervisor to verify employment lol. You called I answered doesn't that verify I work here haha!! Claims to be a "professional company" but from what I see and hear, they are far from professional. Claims they have mailed me and emailed the information I owe. I told him he was not being truthful. He was shocked that I knew their address. I guess you shoul not assume we can't find out who is calling us. If this company was legit they would have sent a letter a long time ago, so I can pay this so called debit off. Keep calling me at work losers. It just gets more interesting each time, especially when he contradicts himself. I'm not scared if you. If I owe I will pay, but some how they just can't show me proof. I have reported them to a couple places now. Stop harassing me and get a real professional company that I can pay any past debit too.

    get real
Called me on my cell phone that isn't even in my name. States they are going to serve me with papers at my place of employment until I informed them that I wasn't employed. Stated that they have sent correspondence to an address that I lived at more than two years ago. I know it's not true because it would have been forwarded to my current address. Then threatened to come to my home that they don't have the address for to serve me with papers for criminal charges for bank fraud for a debt I don't believe that I owe and for which they won't show me proof.

Called and left a VM on my cell phone. Since it was not a number I know I looked it up. And lo and behold I find it on this site. They even used my middle name instead of my given name. ( I always use my middle name so when someone I don't know calls I can tell right away they are fraudulent or not by which name they use. My legal name or what I go by on the internet.) Any suspicious calls I get I tell them my mom works with the FBI Telephone and fraudulent marketing division and the number they are calling is a government line. It always gets them to hang up and never call back.

I will check with my HR dept tomorrow, these losers faxed over a request to know how much I make. They faxed it over with my complete ss# on the page. These people need to be stopped. You can also google their number with the name pr solutions and a few things pop up. It tells you how to file a complaint against them. I'm sure these losers are working out if someone's grandmas basement.

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau. Who knows what these people can or will do with our personal information. This is filed with the government.

I received a call from a Chris Hagerman wanting to know who the HR person is for my office.  They are looking for me.  They fax over this "employment verification" thing with my SSN on it.  It doesn't even look legit.  Plus, there is no address on it.  Just a phone number (844-832-0113) and a fax number (303-353-8090).  On the fax page, it says "Peak Resolution Services" but on the "employment verification" it says P.R. Associates.  Hello, I answered the phone......obviously I work here.  I told them 2 or 3 weeks ago, the debt they are trying to collect on has been paid.  Not to mention it is from 2009.  (Coming up on the 5 yr mark).  I told him to send me what he had showing I owed the debt.  He said no, you get your records and send them to me.  I told them to not call my office again.  Well obviously they don't listen, because he called this am wanting our office fax number.

Called one of my employees and left a message scaring the living daylights out of her. From Peak Solutions, stating that he needed to speak with her about a claim that was filed against her. I've been trying to call him back all day and was not able to get through, but then I checked here.

These people ( Alfredo Cruz and his supervisor at a firm called P.R.)  called my work several times. Threatened me with prosecution. Demanded immediate payment. Said I wrote an NSF check in the amount of $510 six years ago to a company called CashNet of which I had no knowledge. They said that due to interest and penalty fees the amount I owed had escalated to $1830. I requested proof of debt. They said in order for me to receive it I needed to file a motion of discovery which would cost me $100. All of this was, of course, bogus. These guys are running a complete scam. Don't be intimidated by them. But just for your safety if you have ever written a bad check, go online and find out the laws of your state regarding recovery. All states have a statute of limitation on recovering payment. And they have a process which must be adhered to. If you have never been notified by anyone either by email or regular mail or if you have never been served with papers and the statute of limitation has run it's course, there is nothing any collection agency can do for the person who received the bad check to recover their loss. I obviously do not recommend writing bad checks but if it ever happens unintentionally, know the laws. It can save you a lot of grief
