They left a message. It was a recording with a British guy saying not to use my computer or other Mac devices before speaking to their certified technicians. Spam trying to get personal info. BLOCK and DELETE!!!

Same as the previous comments - total scam as I don't have a home computer, nor do I use icloud

Same here. They told me my security was compromised because someone had used my login in Germany and Austria. When I told them I didn't have any Apple products, they hung up.

Same as above 15 mins. ago.  Thanks to the others for posting this - helps to know if and when you're something's smelly.

Yeah, this is definitely a social engineering/phishing call. Got asked to confirm the security details of my iCloud account. I don't have an iCloud account.

Same as above.  It is spam/fraud do not answer.  I blocked the phone but they keep calling and leaving me vm's.  Very frustrating.

Send me a messeage on my computer saying that i had to call that number or it would block and shut down the
use of computer. Next morning Britist sounding man
called my Apple cell phone and another one of my additional cell phone numbers. Told him to go to hell

Same vm as previous comments. 1st call yesterday, no message. 2nd call 5 min ago and they left a message.

I just got the same message. They asked if I knew anyone in Jordan or Turkey. I immediately replied no and asked them to remove my phone number on their system. The Indian guy Hung up on me!!

all of what is said here is true as far as them masquerading(spelling?) as apple reps.
*Important to remember if you somehow let them get this far,they will ask you to hop on a web browser
and navigate to some bogus scam website,they tell you the address and if anyone ever gives you
a address that does not include https,then that should be what completely proves they are crap.
But,like I said,hopefully you will have noticed how unprofessional and goofy the people on the phone are
right away.  eventually,they just start cussing you out. When this happens to me,I tell them they picked the
wrong guy because I am retired and have LOADS of time to keep calling back. Maybe that makes me nuts,
but it just try to enjoy being able to give them a small taste of their own medicine. I particularly like when "Jason"
answers the call,Jason is sort of magic,because he is also "Steve" and "Nikolai",and "Bubba". Awesome.
All kidding aside,they are total ***** and you should BLOCK them asap!
