- Fed UPCalled and said they were serving me papers and that if they serve me at work, a supervisor or head of security needs to be able to sign off also. All I got to say is bring it on bi*@%^@, because 1) I don't owe anyone money and 2) the head of security just happens to be the Sherriff's office that provides security for my work. So just bring your bad selves on and see who you will be scamming next.

- Tired Of All The Phone ScamsThe caller left a message on my cell phone and NEVER mentioned any name of who this was directed at to begin with but the message was left by a male caller who identified himself as William Tennyson (or Tennison) with "Legal Caring Services" is what it sounded like. He said that a summons was going to be delivered to WHOEVER he was addressing within the next 24 to 48 hours at either the WHOEVER he was addressing's residence or place of work and if done so at the place of work then a supervisor or head of security needs to be able to sign off also as a witness. He added that if WHOEVER he was addressing wanted more information that they could call this number back or press some number (9???) to be transferred to be able to talk to the person who filed some lawsuit against the WHOEVER he was calling.

- pegCalled and said they were serving me papers and that if they serve me at work, a supervisor or head of security needs to be able to sign off also. All I got to say is bring it on bi*@%^@, because 1) I don't owe anyone money and 2) i have personal friends who work for a certain government agency so bring it you f***ers
- Leav Me ALone| 1 replySame here. Said they would come to my home or work to serve me a court summons. I think the idea is that people will be scared and call them back because no one wants the cops showing up for them at work. Once they got you on the line, they will ask you for your name and other information so they can "look up your claim number." Then they have your info.

- Renee| 3 repliesThese people a woman and a man, just called my husband's phone on a name that was a previous name. They said I took out a loan and wrote a check out for a loan in 2011. They said they have a summons and would come to my job or home to deliver it to me. When they told me the bill was over 1100 dollars but they would settle out for a tenth of that amount, that was another RED FLAG. First, I didn't take out a loan, and second, no one settles for that amount. Then when I challenged and asked for info to the attorney handling this case the woman got defensive. Then she said you can pay with a prepaid debit card...ANOTHER RED FLAG, I told her to let me speak to an attorney, she said she would get a paralegal....that's when the man got on the phone and he was immediately aggressive. After politely to the best of my ability telling him to lower his voice, he then threatens me that I would have to pay and the burden of proving I didn't write this would be on me. I told him, send me the documents and proof of this loan, he got frustrated and started yelling. Of course I told him I did not have to listen to this and he started yelling he was going to sign off on the summons and I would be served tomorrow, how did I like that?.....LOOK, they can come if they want to, I don't know whose gonna take them out of here...BE WARE...If a debt is REAL, ONE you would know who you owed, TWO you are have a right to request what is owed, to whom, when and who is handling the debt. They called from this number 844-873-0058

- Josey Nardi replies to Renee| 1 replyI am having the same issue. I asked for proof and send me copies of all bank accounts that you put the money in. What do you do when do not give you that info. I also spoke to someone else and they did say I had to pay and I told them no I will not they said I can get arrested for fraud charges. I am at my witts end with this company. I am just not sure what to do at this point. I AM NOT paying someone my hard earned money.

- Not so StupidCome on folks, we all have the same story to tell about these lazy creeps at 844-873-0058. You know the telephone companies could not care less about stopping them because they make MONEY from these creeps. A lot of these are actually fronts to 1-900 numbers that are premium money makers for the phone companies. They are all in this together! All of the complaining you do here falls on deaf ears at the phone companies but at least people who think for a minute can find out what the latest scam is from sites like this..
