this is a scammer that claims to be from Microsoft Tech Support and stated that my computer has downloaded some software that could hurt it.  When asked which computer-he stated the one connected to my e-mail (which he knew what it was), and when I told him I have numerous computers linked to my e-mail, he said I would have to give him the Microsoft License number.  I hung up.
