Called lefted no messages, when I called back it sounded like a bill collector.

Got a phone from this number   don't know them so did not return the call

got a message to call back, but the message was shady and hard to understand.  They left the number 800 450 3234 to call back but that number seems to come up with nothing on google.  Shady all around

 they'll have to call back if it's important.

I've received a call from this number oh so many times, always on my cell phone. Why? This counts against my minutes!! It is not someone I know, so I don't answer.

I narrowed it down to a New York Area Code

They have been calling my number trying to get to the son of the lady who sold us our house.  The man was very nice, but I did have the feeling that he was a credit collector when he said that he was "helping the son with a personal issue."  So, if you don't owe anyone money, answer the call and clear things up. You might be able to stop these unwanted calls as they obtain their numbers through street addresses, not name & phone associations.    But if you do owe money, I would imagine that these people will hound you until the end of the earth.

They called and left me a message saying to call them back concerning someone who is an ex boyfriend of mine. We only dated very briefly so not even sure why they would have my name associated with him.Since the call wasn't about me, I didn't bother to return it,

This happened to a friend of mine. I the only debt they have is T-moble. found this number gos to Paetec communications (or Windstream) hope that helps someone.
